I have been with ex Phy Australia through varies changes for about 4 year now in which time my condition has and my general health has sablized and improved. The excerise physiologist constantly strive to improve the treatment for Individual client needs. Well this has been my experience so far.
I have found all the trainers and personal excellent. Keep up the good work.

I have been attending these sessions for about three years and without a doubt it is assisting with my physical well being.
In addition when causing a slight body injury the Ex Phys team assists in exercise and advice to help overcome the difficulties.
A definitive must for me.

Hi, I'm in my second year with Ex Phys Australia being a returned Serviceman, i learnt about this program through the Department of Veterans Affairs. For many years i have been struggling with my left hip, after seeing a Orthopaedic Surgeon, i needed a total hip replacement. Alex from Frankston put me through a program to strengthen that area and to get me ready for the hip operation, after the operation my recovery was a breeze, finding the exercisers needed was effortlessly easy. 12 months down the track, I'm in no pain at all in that area, in general we are working on strengthening the body and take a couple of Cm's from the waist area, without this program i would be struggling.

Hi,

I recently joined the Ex Phys Australia Frankston program. For years after collecting numerous injuries during my Military service, i had struggled thru day to day life thinking how i felt to be fairly normal. Since joining the program and getting started with a program designed for me and my injuries and with the constant guidance and supervision of a great guy to put me thru the program session by session, it really has made a huge difference in what i can and cant do.

Instead of starting the day with feeling my old injuries and struggling on, many of them have become very manageable.

If anyone is thinking of doing these programs i cannot recommend the highly enough. ENJOY

Since joining Ex Phys my blood sugar in in the normal range and pain in my lower back and joints has all but disappeared. The exercise regime has trimmed me down and given me stamina. Many thanks Daniel!

I have been with Ex Phys Australia for the past 2 and a bit years, I have a work out session twice weekly with Alex and due to his plan of action I now like what I see in the mirror. Mind you I still have some road to travel to achieve my goals. The exercise routine also helps to keep my pain levels very manageable. Thank you Ex Phys, Alex & DVA
