Organised and supportive the whole way
Buying your first home is a scary proposition, but Vincent and the team at Entourage made it a breeze. I was initially impressed with their systems, and processes. Compared to other brokers, Entourage made clear what information was needed and by when. They also took time to truly understand my situation, needs, wants and aspirations and outlined a number of lenders who may be suitable before making a recommendation. Again this stood in contrast to other brokers who (despite having over $160k in savings) told me to go save another $40k and in another instance recommended just the one bank (CBA) which was clearly not cost competitive (I suspect they didn't want my business). Entourage on the other hand, did what we needed to make it work and recommended a product that was great. I must also call out Nittaya, who is just an absolute superstar; she's prompt, attentive, and has an ability to deal with panicked home buyers that's second to none. Caroline from the conveyancing team is also superb, and would regularly work late into the night to turn around contract reviews on time. Well done on the team for having such a slick offering, you certainly stand out from the pack and I would happily recommend you (as I have) to anyone looking to purchase a property.
