Excellent experience from start to finish. Everything was completed remotely. The artwork took a lot of back and forth emails to agree with lots of great advice. The wait was absolutely worth it. Thanks for a brilliant outcome. My only regret is not having gone into the showroom first as the work there is so impressive, but it would have taken me longer to decide and the outcome could still not have been better. We don’t even need sunshine to enjoy the pool now!

Wonderful and professional was the experience that I received from the first moment that I stepped into the Gallery. I wanted a slight change to the sculpture and the base and nothing was too much bother. The installation was smooth and attention was given to ensure the sculpture went exactly where I wanted it and none of my plants were damaged. I cant wait to finish my backyard and install another sculpture. This time I am going to have a go at designing one with them.

We actually went to Entanglements to purchase a different sculpture but Helen showed us around including some items not on display and we fell in love with the paper plane. She then helped us modify it to suit our preferred way of mounting and then had it re powder coated. Great shop with some great sculptures and service.

Have been using Entanglement's expert design and products as and when we've redesigned/enhanced our garden for over 10 years now and can honestly say that they are absolutely the best - right from the stage of initial consultation, design, craftsmanship and installation. And customer service? I would definitely rate them 6 stars if I could!

We recently purchased the Polarised Tree Art for our feature wall in our back yard. Helen and Dhairya from Entanglements were extremely helpful and we are delighted with the end result that has completed our back yard upgrade.

I had a memorial plaque made up that needed to be done in a hurry. Entanglement were very understanding right from the beginning and went out of there way to do the job on time and I was very happy with the result. It looked much better than I could have ever hoped. I would highly recommend them.

We have just had the beautiful 5 panel tropical birds screen installed. It is a wonderful addition to enclose our garden and a very practical installation consisting of fixed panels and a sliding door to enable ease of access to the space behind. We enjoyed working with Entanglements to ensure the right look, feel and colour for the artwork and would recommend to anyone looking for art installations with a difference that add aesthetic impact.

I was after a metal art piece for my upcoming bathroom renovations and while the local place in Perth never replied to my quote requests, Entanglements were the opposite. Helen replied straight away and was extremely helpful regarding my questions about custom designs, as was Dhairya when sorting out the delivery.
We eventually settled on the Small Liquid Amber piece in the natural rust finish and absolutely love it.

Very poor service lady in there was soo rude and they are not helpfull at all. Very dissapointing.

We have had a wonderful experience dealing with everyone at Entanglements. Our small residential project was treated exactly (I’m sure) as the bigger residential and commercial works. Quality of the finished piece is excellent & all staff were terrific in organizing delivery in these difficult times.
