I had a procedure here in March 2023. I had to change my appointment a couple of times and reception was very accommodating.

The procedure itself went great (especially considering it was in a very uncomfortable area for a male). I'd highly recommend Dr Rich who not only resolved my issue, but was easy to talk to and have a laugh with.

I received treatments from Dr Maria and I’m so happy with the results Dr Maria delivered exactly what I wanted to achieve her expertise, knowledge and professionalism was outstanding I highly recommend her to everyone! Thank you so much!

Unprofessional service.

I had a skin swab test last week. My skin condition is going worst. So, I contacted the customer support number if I could get any advise. However, support person told me that the doctor is in Holiday and I have to wait a week to get a call from him. Frustrating.

I couldn't be happier with my results after seeing Dr Maria Malone for dermal fillers. She took great care to ensure the desired natural but enhanced look was achieved. The consultation was informative and highly individualised. I was left with no bruising, a lovely balanced profile and greater confidence. I will definitely be back!

One of the most unprofessional clinics i’ve visited. I called reception to enquire about hyperhidrosis of my palms and asked if there was an item number for the treatment, and I was told yes, and I was provided with the item number.

However, when I went in for the consultation, I was told there is no item number for hyperhidrosis of the palms.

Reception did not even apologise for providing me with the wrong information and wasting my time! Instead, the lady at the reception was very rude and wasn’t believing that I was provided with the wrong information.

I have seen a number of Dermatologists in Australia and overseas and Dr. Michael Rich is the best I have ever seen. He has successfully diagnosed and treated a number of chronic and rare skin issues for myself and daughter. His knowledge, techniques and lasers are world class. From our very first consultation we could tell he put our health and wellbeing first. His staff were also very friendly and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Rich to my family, friends and wider community.

*BUYER BEWARE*

I DO NOT Recommend Dr Rich for any cosmetic surgery in Melbourne. I had him do an under chin liposuction on me in January 2021. I chose him based off a recommendation, unfortunately.

The procedure itself was extremely traumatic for me, and yes I was awake the whole time!

During the procedure he went too deep into a nerve on the right side of my neck, and hence I couldn’t speak properly from the end of the procedure for about 6 weeks. I was told “don’t worry, there’s nothing there”. After about 5 weeks of healing time, and 4 appointments later. I actually became concerned about the right side of my face. I wasn’t speaking symmetrically, and for some reason couldn’t smile normally. I rang them up countless times and eventually went in for an extra appointment.

Dr Rich stood there very argumentatively and kept saying he couldn’t see anything. He was pointing at a head and shoulders “before” shot of me, and told me that my face wasn’t symmetrical to begin with. IM NOT TALKING ABOUT SYMMETRY, IM TALKING ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO MOVE THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY MOUTH PROPERLY! He was standing there and giving me old fashion GAS LIGHTING. During that consultation he even said “No, Im not going to validate you”.

2.5 months past procedure that nerve in my face has finally healed and Im now speaking symmetrically. Thank god because I was extremely worried. I am NOT impressed with this doctor’s abhorrent non-existent bedside manner. Rather then acknowledging the fact that something happened during the procedure, he refused to take responsibility, and tried to gaslight me.

On my final appointment, he left me sitting in the chair waiting for him for an hour, before I finally walked out. He couldn’t even show up for one minute on my final appointment.

Dr Rich, I give you a 0/10 for your terrible bedside manner.

I spent year and a half being feeling very frustrated and disheartened, suffering with debilitating symptoms from two long-term conditions. I saw many doctors throughout this time, and a good deal of the difficulties I was already experiencing were exacerbated by the side effects and the non-effectiveness of the medications/skin creams/sunscreens they prescribed for my conditions. Dr. Afrah Mazhar noticed immediately my distress, and seemed well aware of the affect that time of searching for help and disappointment had had on me. I have been coming to see her for treatments with both the Excel and the Juliet laser to treat each condition, and after a couple of sessions with each, I am very grateful to be able to say that I am feeling so much better all around! My family and friends keep making remarks about how I look and seem more myself, and that is such a validation of overcoming some of the harshness of my conditions, as well as a huge boost to my overall confidence. The thought of laser treatments can be scary, and the procedures can also be uncomfortable or a bit embarrassing at times, but Dr. Afrah Mazhar spoke from the very beginning with me about how she wanted to make sure that I felt safe, heard and respected at all times. She is very clear when presenting information to me about my conditions, and while I understand they are not curable at this time, I know that her goal is provide treatments that help me manage them. She wants me to get back to living and enjoying my life, in this I feel I have a powerful ally in having her as my doctor. Her knowledge, skill, compassion and encouragement have done wonders for me in so many ways! Thank you, Dr. Afrah, for helping me to feel more myself again, who you are and your efforts have played an amazing part in restoring my joy!

Dr Michael Rich has taken the best actions to assist with my condition. His staff have the most outstanding service and quality of care.

Overall, I am very happy with my medical treatment from Dr Michael Rich. Dr Rich really knows what he is talking about and explains things in an honest and straight-forward way. He also acts with care, has a large range of modern equipment and is competitively priced.

Before proceeding with Dr Rich, I went to see a few other dermatologists, rather than blindly going to whoever my GP referred me to. I’m glad I did. One clinic was difficult to deal with – they were booked out about 6 months in advance and then, after my initial consultation, I had to wait several more months before my next appointment. However, I found that I could lock in an appointment with Dr Rich by booking ahead about 2 months in advance, which is manageable.

I appreciated the way that Dr Rich could distil complex medical talk into simple terms. I have also found that Dr Rich is frank/honest and down-to-earth. In addition, the cost of a fractional CO2 laser treatment with Dr Rich was less than what I was quoted at another clinic.

In summary, Dr Rich ticks a lot of boxes: skilled and knowledgeable, acts with care, large range of modern equipment, competitively priced, and reasonably accessible (not booked out 6 months in advance).

Had an amazing lifechanging procedure done with Dr. Rich and his team. Results so far are fantastic. The team are professional and I am absolutely happy with the results. Thank you so much for the results and awesome service I received. I recommend this clinic and I have trust for any future procedures with Dr. Rich.

Very highly qualified staff. Michael Rich is an excellent dermatologist. Very knowledgeable. Maria Malone very very good at injectables. I have been to a few places she is by far the best. Both Botox and dermal filler. Conservative in her approach which makes results are very natural, I felt almost zero pain. Very quick and efficient and definitely a perfectionist. Worth every cent!

I went to Enrich regarding options for acne treatment and was very upset with how the appointment panned out. If you are specifically searching for roaccutane treatment than Dr Rich would be suitable for you. As i had already tried this treatment i went to the appointment to discuss my other options. One good note was that the receptionists were nice but when i got into the appointment, I felt very belittled the whole time. Dr Rich discussed roaccutane for a long time before i was able to get any words in to discuss my concerns. When i eventually told him my concerns, he began to try explain why i shouldn't be concerned and why i need the drug. It felt like he did not want to listen to me which was very disappointing. He also made a few comments about my skin which had negative connotations to them. This was inappropriate, especially because I was already sensitive about this topic. I left the appointment feeling unheard, disappointed and a little bullied. It is possible that this was just an off day for Dr Rich but unfortunately, this was my experience. I wanted to write this review so that others in my situation don't have to go through the same experience. Please don't waste your time or money.
