The times. Many times i made an appointment and realised he is very polite and understand. Always give valuable solutions. My visa was nearly cancelled because of another agents fault HE SAVED ME. Highly recommend. VALUE FOR MONEY.

The most applauding service I have ever experienced in my life. I arrived at 12: 50pm for my 1pm appointment. There was a female and male receptionist present. The male receptionist told me the agent will be with me in 10mins. The female receptionist after a few mins gave me a form to fill out without explaining what it was. After I asked about the form, she tells me it’s for invoicing purposes and that I must pay the fee now. At this time It’s after 1pm, so I ask how long does the consultations usually last for and her response was for an hr. I asked if I will still get the hr even though it’s after 1pm. Her response was I will have to speak to the agent. I said once I speak to the agent to assure the time of service then I will pay fee. The consultant agent Mr Pawan Bhambi comes out and he doesn’t look my way or even acknowledge me. He goes back in his office and the female receptionist goes into his office. Mr Bhambi comes out of his office, says my name and I respond. He firmly says “ You must pay”. He doesn’t even greet me or have a friendly demeanour towards me. I asked him how long are his consultantions for because it’s after 1pm and wondering if I will get the full hour. He cuts me off in mid sentence and says that I can go somewhere and cancel the appt. I asked why and try to say I scheduled the appt 1 1/2 week ago. He abruptly interrupts me again and says no he is canceling the appt. I asked why and tried to only ask how long an consultation usually last for. He cuts me off again and says he doesn’t like my attitude. He then said when you book an appt it doesn’t mean you will be seen at that time, you will have to wait 5,10 or 15mins. I responded by saying no one has said this to me and then I asked why is he canceling the appt. He said that he is not and walks back into his office.

I was so hurt and upset that I burst into tears. I go over to the female receptionist to ask what happened and that I only asked a question. She gives me tissues to wipe my face. During the conversation she says to me that I should have asked about their process of waiting. I said they should have told me the process rather than me having to ask. I also in my mind thought why would I even ask when the guy was so rude to me. To make a long story shorter no one helped me in the end and I left the office in tears. This after I took a day off of work specifically for this appointment which was super important to me and it not only turned out to be a huge waste of my time but I was left feeling, as a potential paying customer, totally unimportant and offended.
I honestly believe because I’m a black American woman that I was definitely discriminated against by the staff who were all Indian. I noticed that Mr Bhambi and the staff were very polite and friendly to the Indian clientele. I will never recommend this agency to anyone. Zero stars

Best consultant to solve Australia's visa problems and very reasonable price. I came in master in IT. It was expensive and hard they helped me to get trade course. I finished that and then they helped to get 485 I m holding that they are best to solve ur problem please visit them.
