Prompt service. Tv fits perfectly where I wanted to install it. Haven’t really used it much yet but it all seems to work as it should. Generally happy with the experience so far.

I bought the Englaon LED24X80 smart TV, with the optional sound bar. Long discussions with service as the bluetooth soundbar will not align with the voice on the TV. No matter what we did it was still the same or worse. Then I was told to put in the cord from the soundbar to the TV ear jack. However the soundbar connection is on the right and the TV was on the left, so I had to turn the sound bar upside down for the cord supplied to fit. This worked but the sound wasn't as good, if you turn the volume up high it buzzes. It wasn't worth the extra money to get bluetooth, still working on sorting it out, probably I should have bought a cheapy

Because of the current pandemic created delivery delays, we were amazed when the 32 inch tv arrived in Brisbane after only 3 days from Englaon in Melbourne! We are also extremely pleased with the quality of the item and also the excellent picture and sound that it produces, and are more than satisfied with our purchase. We have previously tended to buy on price with the resultant quality features reflecting this, but this time we decided to get the best available and have not been disappointed with this purchase. The television is very robust but, at the same time, very light in weight and will therefore be ideal when mounted on the caravan wall bracket. We believe that you generally only get what you pay for these days and that has been amply proven with our purchase this time!

So our TV turned up on time and in tact. It was very easy to setup. It tuned into all the local TV stations seamlessly. Picture quality is pretty good. It's light weight which is perfect for our cruising catamaran. Depending on how this one goes we will probably order another but upgrade to the smart version. Thankyou Englaon!

Product better than expected. Easy to install on mounting bracket. And easy to setup all apps. Great service from sales with speedy replies to emails.

This is a great tv. I am so happy with my Englaon 24” smart tv. I have this in my caravan and the picture is sharp. Very easy to setup with auto programming. Well worth the money and the delivery time was very good.

Great little 12 volt television. I can use it off grid not needing an inverter Really good picture and user friendly

I bought a new 32" only to find the fixing plate did not marry up. Quick phone call, nice young lady advised that there was an adaptor which I drove & collected. Problem solved for $25

The TV was easy to set up with its smart features and does appear to be of high quality. I also purchased a sound bar with it which was also easy to fit and set up, the sound quality is just great for me.

A quality television, great picture and when hooked up with the sound bar, wow. I’ve also plugged my Xbox one so I can play bluray as well. I’m also amazed at how light it is, so got it placed up higher. The time between ordering and delivery was no time at all. A great product, a great company to deal with and a good price! All the boxes ticked!

Hi, just bought the 32inch smart tv with the built in WiFi and Bluetooth for the caravan and its great and so easy to set up, very happy with it

Was asked to come and look at TV displayed in Store but total waste of time
I was going to buy 32" version
But they don't seem be helpful just got third degre
Totally false advertising of product I seem to have to arrange to get it returned to get a refund on incorrect item sent
Poor service just wanted a good smart tv as advertised

The product looks good but the specifications shown on there site does not reflect

Is loose not connected to the TV subframe inside
I have requested the unit to be replaced as not as Web site shown unit to be
Still waiting last email they said TV was same as listed

This is an excellent 12V TV with great picture quality. It is a little confusing on the first day having 2 remotes but after you get used to that it is fine and easy to use.
