I spent a long time researching having a number of doors and windows replaced as it is a huge investment. I made the decision to go with Enertec and I am absolutely thrilled and delighted with the result, the product, the interaction with the company - just everything about it. From the wonderful Frances who came out, measured, helped me with ideas, to the patient and helpful Jess in the office, to the marvellous installation team led by Jesse. The whole experience has been one of outstanding professionalism and quality throughout, I cannot recommend this company and product highly enough! I'm just blown away by the end result and the difference it has made to my home.

Enertec retrofitted double-glazed windows and doors to the sunroom of our 1940's weatherboard home. Our experience - right from the informative measure-up by Frances to the expert installation by Jesse and his team of Geoff, Adam, Ambrose (and Harley) - was nothing but positive. The retrofit was not at all straightforward as nothing was square, but Jesse and the boys didn't bat an eyelid and undertook the installation with great skill finished off with top-quality carpentry. They even worked back till 6pm one day to get the glass in when rain threatened. The end result has greatly improved both the energy efficiency and the appearance of our sunroom. Rudi came to our house whitin two days of our enquiry and provided a quote which was easy to understand. We decided to go directly to the factory to check out the materials and understand a little bit better how our windows would look like and Rudi took his time to explain everything, giving us as many alternatives as we wanted. We decided on the day to pay the deposit and confirm the order, such was the quality of the service received and the materials used.
After 2 months of the installation, I can definitely recommend the uPVC windows with double glazed glass that were installed, much much better than aluminium windows. The cold and the noise stays out and the house is warmer, plus you have the bonus that when you want, you can fully open the window and enjoy fresh air, with the other upside being that windows can easily be cleaned from the inside AND from the outside. We are looking forward to some hot weather and the summer to test the windows in a different environment. Our main bedroom is exposed to the sun for the best part of the afternoon and we were afraid to go to sleep finding the room very hot, therefore we have installed a better glass in our bedroom that will screen the UV rays. Hopefully, comes summer time, we will see the difference.
The team that installed the windows was also great, efficient andnice to deal with. They cleaned up a lot and disposed of the old windows.
Do yourselves a favour and install uPVC windows, it makes a lot of difference and Rudi can surely deliver a quality service and product!

I replaced my old aluminium frame windows with Enertecs uPVC Tilt and Turn windows. I'd never heard of uPVC before but after seeing them on display and having Rudi demonstrate them, I ended up also purchasing two uPVC bifold doors. I couldn't be happier. They look amazing and keep the house insulated really well both from the weather and outside noise.
I was able to choose different colours for the outside, inside, hinges and handles. Rudi and his team provided a great service with competetive pricing and on time installation.
I really recommend people visiting the Enertec showroom & warehouse in Braeside to take a look, especially on a cold day.
If I end up moving house in the future, I will be getting these windows and doors again in the new house!

We bought a house in Dingley built in 1974 with all the deficiencies that an old build can have, after a full year of renovations we have recently replaced all windows and a huge sliding door with Enertec UPVC double glazed windows.
After the installation we have noticed three remarkable changes,
First: The amount of natural light coming through the windows makes our home looks more open and spacious.
Second: The noise coming from the outside is almost imperceptible, our house is only a few meters from a main road, but now it does not seem to be a problem.
Third: We used to have to turn the heater on during the night, because the temperature use to drop below the comfort zone, we have young kids that hardly keep their blankets on. With the new windows, the temperature only drops 2-3 degrees overnight.
Definitely Enertec has been the right decision for us, we had several quotes before we decided which company go for, our main reason for selecting Enertec was the interest they showed in understanding our needs and actually listening to our requests.

Sylvia and Rudi and the team did a great job replacing the windows and doors on our existing property. The quality and workmanship of the installation as well as the communication was fantastic! Thanks very much for making our home warm and comfortable this winter.

After installing the new windows in our ski lodge up at Mt Buller, I wanted to do some testing to see the difference that the UPVC double glazed windows actually make. I ran a few tests over a few nights, heating the room up to 20 degrees at 12: 00am and then checking the temp at 9: 00am the next day to see how many degrees the room had fallen. Over night temps were typically 3 degrees outside for all the nights tested. Pre windows the temp was 10 degrees the next morning, so lost 10 degrees over 9 hours. After installing the new windows I did the same test. The room was 18 degrees. So only lost 2 degrees of temperature. At first I thought it must have been a fluke or maybe the heater turned on and changed the results so I conducted the test again. Exact same results. These windows really do make a huge difference.
Rudi and Sylvia have been amazing though out the whole process and we couldn't be happier. Their knowledge and expertise in creating a truly efficient and comfortable home are what sets them out from the competition.
