Jimmy was Awesome, installed our x2 bathroom draft seals above our exhaust fans with absolute ease, Super Reliable, Quick Service, Friendly & got the job done. Highly Recommend! A huge credit to the company!

Staff who attended were pleasant, but promised follow up service was non-existent. They did not return as they said they would to finish the upgrades. In addition, there was no further contact from the company after I reported the new shower head was leaking from the top.

Had organised for a new shower head and draft stop for front door.
They used a stick on draft stop on an unstable door and the shower head is sitting on the bench in the bathroom.
Was not able to replace shower as they never took into account that the arm being soo old, might not accommodate the new shower head.
Complete waste of time and money

Everyone I spoke to over the phone was very helpful. The electricians were the most professional, friendly and helpful young men we could ever have met, thank you!

I changed my bulbs the electrician was very polite and efficient But they Invoiced me an additional call out fee $66/- as they do not change bulbs with a small base and I was under the 20 bulb threshold. So now I am out of pockets as I still have to change those bulbs myself.

We recently had all halogens and flood lights replaced with integrated LED. Very happy with the customer service advise and the on-site electrician was great. Thank you Energy Makeovers.

LED lights seem pretty good, but the door seals are really bad.
Adhesive comes off within a week and the seals are the thinnest I've ever seen. Do not effectively seal doors at all.

I did try reaching out to the team to see if they could fix it, but they said they would not put through a warranty claim for 2 door seals and told me to glue it back on myself

Installation was on time with a helpful electrician! However a few bulbs were missed and I only found out about it after checking.

What a waste of time. So pleased to have had someone out to my house only to tell me 4/5 things they came to do, couldn’t be done. They installed a shower head that broke two days later. They told me my lights were the wrong size, and I’d need to pay extra to upgrade them. My doors weren’t compliant, my ceiling fans were too old… literally all of the excuses. Which, honestly, wouldn’t have been a problem if someone had prequalified the situation and not wasted everyone’s time in the first place.

Product works perfectly. Installer, Warren was punctual, and got the job done very quickly and efficiently in a very difficult to access roof cavity. Thank you.
And it was all free of charge.

Energy Makeovers came, quoted and then were very patient until we could make the factory space available for them to carry out the works.
All was done well, and the technicians knew what they were doing.

We recently had all our halogen downlights changed by Energy Makeovers in Melbourne and were really pleased with the prompt and professional service offered.

Fletcher (inside sales consultant) was very knowledgeable, and not pushy. He walked through the options of just changing globes v upgrading the old transformers to new LED Modular units and promptly booked in the appointment.

The installation was completed by sparkies Logan and Sean, who were on time, did a quality job, left no mess and walked through our home helping us decide on best lighting colour setting for each room. Thanks boys!

Very happy with the service provided by Alex. I had a house full of halogen downlights that Alex changed to LEDs. Arrived on time, explained the process, completed the job quickly but thoroughly. Have already noticed a reduction in my electricity bill.

Electrician was prompt, courteous and professional.
He even prompted me to find more lights that were also eligible for replacement, e.g. Bedside lamps & outdoor spotlights.

Great service. The guys who came this week were friendly, efficient and effective. Came in, changed lights, upgraded some and advised next steps. It's a shame we cant get our water heater done (its gas) otherwise would do that as well.
