One of the best places for a relaxing massage and facial. I had a voucher given to me for my birthday, and it was such a good gift. I had a full body by Beth and she really catered to my problem areas.

I have been visiting this location regularly for several months and have consistently enjoyed a delightful and soothing experience. Unfortunately, on this particular occasion, that was not the case. The therapist lacked organisation and spent 10 minutes of my session time preparing the wax and tinting supplies required for my brows. To make matters worse, the job was done poorly, and hot wax accidentally dripped onto my lashes and under-eye area. She did apologise and removed the cost of the wax and tint from the bill, as well as offering me an eye mask.
I had also made a booking for a Detox Package, which felt rushed and far from relaxing. Despite wearing noise-cancelling headphones, I could still hear the therapist banging cupboards and drawers and bumping into the bed.

Overall, this experience has left me disappointed and salty about the $160 I paid.

Booked a couple's session here on Thursday 20 April and specifically requested it for a couple over four times. This was confirmed over the phone by the employee back to me each time.

Just walked in with my partner for the booking and was told that they only had booked the session for one person and that there was nothing they could do apart from half an hr each seperately instead of together as we had originally booked.

Definitely felt like we were discriminated against. The employee simply stated that it was a miscommunication but how you manage to flip the script to that extent is a joke.

I would strongly advise against visiting this clinic - if not for the hint of what felt like discrimination then perhaps the poor customer service.

I received a remedial massage from Tanya and not once did I have to adjust the firmness of the massage which I almost always have to do. She was such an experienced therapist I didn’t want it to end

They don’t know the meaning of ‘couple’.
I booked a massage for a couple the day before. Confirmed that more than twice on the phone.
Instead, we were told they had only booked a massage for one person and blamed it on
‘miscommunication’.
It ruined my day for both myself and my partner. It seems like someone needs to be trained a bit more.

Missed appointment due to a family emergency. Contacted them the next day to explain and rebook but they charged me the whole value of my gift voucher. Super disappointing.

I always have a relaxing experience each time I visit. Everyone is extremely professional and welcoming. The massages are amazing and the rooms are always clean and tidy.

I've just had a much needed and very calming remedial massage and facial. The experience from start to end was relaxing and stress free. I was most impressed by how accommodating the staff were to my more complicated skin sensitivities. I will definetly be back very soon

I had a great experience here with the surrender package. Chantelle was so attentive, she adapted to my body and my skin and was lovely company. I would definitely recommend the spa to anyone and I will definitely be back.

Just got a lovely remedial massage from Eren. He was amazing! Not only did i walk out relaxed but my back felt so much better and he gave me some advice to stop my pain with some exercises. The ambiance was great and he made it such an enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend Eren!

Overpriced, worse remedial massage than cheap places, you’re placing paying for the nice ambience.

The treatment was fine but what I found really disappointing was that they allowed a fellow guest to make a loud and long business phone call in the waiting area. Several staff were present and did nothing despite this person basically yelling down the phone and ruining the ambience for everyone else. I eventually asked him to take his call outside as it was inappropriate. He was quite rude and abusive to me, yet again the staff did nothing. It completely ruined my experience and the tranquility of what should be a relaxing treat for myself.

I had a organic massage with hot stones with Vicki and it was simple magical! She has heavenly, healing hands. I recommend.

I called them three days ago to book a massage (during the day). It went to voicemail and so I left a message. I"m yet to hear back.
