endota spa Point Cook

So disappointed.
The staff were lovely. However, I went for a spray tan yesterday, left it on overnight, and when I rinsed off this morning, there was nothing there.

Not the Endota standards that you’d normally get at other locations and it looked more like a doctors clinic than a spa. Extremely unhappy with my whole experience. Massage was terrible, I could tell she was new. Train your staff before putting them on the floor. I would like a refund so I can use it at a location that knows how to treat customers and has skilled masseuses.

Me and my husband visited Endota spa today and had a great experience. Amazing treatment (pregnancy massage and remedial massage, respectively) and very inviting environment. Worth the price! We both felt really relaxed and comfortable after. I especially love Endota products (all natural) and essential oils. Would definitely visit again when we can;) Highly recommend.

I like this place. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Good services but I went twice and both the time actual treatment time was less then what we have booked for. 1st time it was short by 15 minutes 2nd time it was short by 10 minutes. 1st time I haven't reviewed as I thought sometimes it may happen. It's ok. But 2nd time as well it was same. Everything good but we should receive the service that we have paid for. Hope you will take it positive. Thank you

Always have an amazing experience at Endota Spa Point Cook. The treatment with Melly was excellent, she's the reason why I kept coming back. Melly has magical hands that will heal your aches and pains. She has a passion on what she does and she make sure that you feel better.

I was having a full body massage after 12 years. I want to thank Logan for taking such good care of me. She knew I was nervous and put me to ease. The rest and restore 60 mins back massage was the shortest 1 hour of my life. I enjoyed every moment of the experience and can’t thank Endota spa enough. I am gifting my spouse the same massage ‍️ Everyone I love deserve to take time to be de-stressed and feel pampered

I just had an Organic Relax 60 min massage with Logan. I could not recommend her enough! Don’t let her tiny stature fool you as the massage pressure was PERFECT! She has magic hands. Thank you so much Logan!

Great experience from the moment I walked in the shop.
Very calm and serene. Their bathroom facilities were not working, so I had to use the facilities in the shopping centre, I didn't like that. Massage was delightful, and on point, I asked for no scented oils as I have very sensitive skin, I ended up with a rash before the end of the massage, not sure what was in the oil, but my skin didn't like it. The treatment was expensive, but I can see where the money is spent, it was worth the money but I would not risk a rash like that again. Wish they would use simple oils, like olive, for people like me. I would definately return then

Although the staff was welcoming and friendly, the overall experience was unpleasant. The room had a bad smell, the robe and towels might have been clean but still smelled and felt a bit greasy. Because they use clay and oils, the robes and towels should be washed better so that they smell and feel nice and fresh. The room looked more like a hospital room than a spa. It had grey cement floors with cracks in them. Considering the high prices, they could do better!

Had an amazing surrender spa package today with the lovely Sam, it would have to be the best treatment I have ever had and I have had a few in my time. Will definitely be returning for treatment again! I also purchased a Jade roller which is amazing and a must have! Thanks so much Sam for the amazing experience - Review by Jade

Beautiful day spa. I never have a bad experience here. It is such a blissful place to pamper yourself. Highly recommend making a booking.

The owner was super helpful in giving me information on the product. Very helpful. And super friendly.

Endota creates a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided an excellent service.

I love Endota Spa @ Point Cook Town Centre. It's a little piece of calm and quiet - an oasis in a busy shopping centre. Always great service from Leonie and the facial and massage from Bitsa were fantastic.

Za Za was amazing & left feeling relaxed. Will definitely be coming back. The lady working front of house was lovely and helpful with answering my questions.

Extremely rude, made me pay for my full treatment on the phone before I got there, then couldn't provide me with the treatment I asked fo being remedial massage. Won't be back.

Thank you to Inti for the amazing 'Pregnancy Pause' Treatment today. I left feeling wonderful despite the challenges of being pregnant. I also love the skin care recommendations and can't wait to use all my new products!

Due to COVID massage places were closed so I was looking forward to the appointment. They maintained professionalism throughout the entire massage, followed strict covid guidelines and catered to the fact I was hearing impaired. Communication was key to this appointment. I will return
