Thank you for the terrific relax massage you provided our bride before her wedding day. She was thrilled with the service.

Absolutely loved our experience at Endota. We booked a couples room with 'Surrender Spa package'. It was very relaxing, the staff were lovely and experienced. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We felt completely at ease and stress-free afterwards.

Extremely unprofessional business. I had an appointment which I had booked 2 months in advance, Endota cancelled my appointment last minute, less than 24 hours of my appointment time because apparently they double booked. The next available weekend time for me to reschedule my appointment to was not for another 5 weeks - what a joke. Do better. Don't bother booking here, the business is unreliable, disorganised and they have no care for customers.

Response to owner: get your facts right. I was told on the phone my appointment was booked due to a double booking not because an employee was ill, either the story has changed because I have written a negative review or your business has poor communication and failed to adequately communicate the reasons for cancellation with transparency. Once again you are incorrect, I was called and offered the one option of 9am at 2: 30pm the afternoon before, however I could not make that time and why should I have to drop my pre-organised plans at that time last minute because of the inconvenience caused by you. Not sure where you have gotten your story from?
I wouldn't say it's lucky I can come in for an appointment during the week, I will have to specifically take off work that day to make that appointment, but as I said the only other alternative of a weekend appointment you could reschedule me to was not for another 5 weeks time after I have already waited 2 months. The cancellation has been handled poorly by your business, there should be better accountability on your end for the lack of professionalism and more effort should have been taken to reschedule my appointment in an appropriate timeframe.

I just had The Revive Package and can say honestly it was the best treatment I’ve ever had. I have been attending Endota Mordialloc for quite a while and it is always great. Todays treatment with Olga took my experience to another level. Thank you and can’t recommend highly enough

I loved my experience! It was a gift from my sister in law after I had a baby. I chose a relaxing massage (relax and restore). It was amazing, I did feel super relaxed and I felt that my masseuse hit all the good spots. The only complaint was that some sort of minty cream was used in the end that smelled super strong after I left for a few hours (kind of like deep heat lol). Didn't think this through as I have a small baby, next time I will just ask to skip it:)

Stephani has provided a top quality spotless clean to my home. She notices the places I miss that are desperately requiring attention and promptly attends to each area with speed and initiative. It’s glowing and a space to enjoy in every room. I love her hardworking approach and easy going personality. Always punctual!

My husband Phillip Doran recently had a facial at endota mordialloc His experience was terrible, he broke out with red splotches on his face and when he rang it was suggested he take an antihistamine!? The therapist forgot to do the neck and shoulder massage. Upon speaking to the owner she apologised and said she reported the incident to endota!? He has had good experiences at other endota outlets but mordialloc was a disaster!

My experience at Endota Mordialloc was wonderful, relaxing and rejuvenating. My remedial massage with Katherine was absolutely fantastic in every way. The nourishing welcome drink on arrival; low lit treatment room; relaxing music and experiencing an incredibly skilled massage by Katherine today - is so appreciated. Thank you so very much!:)

I have had only great experiences at Endota, Mordialloc. I’ve gone for massages 6 times and each therapist has been fantastic. I highly recommend Katherine who is incredible. She really has helped me with pain and tension in my back and neck. She is personable, professional and highly trained. So happy I found her!

Had the rejuvenate package in Endota Spa Mordialliac and it was transformative. The therapist was amazing and so professional and I was so relaxed at the end. Highly recommend this location for some pampering.

The experience was good, everybody very friendly. It was my first time getting eyebrows tinted. I have one complaint and that is my eyebrows are way too dark and look like caterpillars on my forehead.

I had my first appointment yesterday with the team, for a relaxing facial and a massage, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The girls were both delightful and wonderful practitioners. I will be going back soon and often. I highly recommend a visit, I won’t be your last.

I have had a massage, a facial, and so many spray tans here and it is my absolute favourite place. All the ladies are so lovely and welcoming, and I always leave feeling so beautiful and relaxed. Would not go anywhere else!

I recently had a hot stone massage and facial here with a friend. My masseuse clearly was unwell and for the nearly 2 hours I was having the treatment she was coughing and clearing her throat. This was constant and she would break for water as she couldn't stop coughing. I felt very uncomfortable especially as she was right above me doing my facial and considering our current climate with covid I felt very uncomfortable by this. She clearly wasn't well enough to be at work and it certainly wasn't relaxing. I would not recommend going here

Had a fantastic facial with Rachael. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable and the whole experience was lovely and relaxing. My skin is glowing! I was worried about noise from Main Street, but it was perfectly peaceful and serene. Will definitely be going back.
