Lovely lovely lovely experience at Endota Spa Moorooduc. We had the couple's indulgence from Eden and Jess. These two ladies did not stop for two hours and partner and I think this is the best pampering session we've had, and we are lucky enough to have had plenty. Started off with a foot spa, followed by a lovely full body hot stone massage, and finally finishing with a facial and head massage.

Really horrendous experience. Just an all round awful massage, for nearly $300. Lectured by therapist, light and ineffective massage, repetitive in some areas and missed others, requests ignored, important preferences not asked, uncomfortable and painful facial. Let spa and head office know, they couldn’t have cared less. Please don’t waste your money!

Great relaxing place, although the car park is shared and I had trouble finding a spot. Staff are lovely.

I have been coming here for a fair while and find comfort in knowing most of the staff have worked at this spa for many years. The customer service is magnificent and the girls always go above and beyond. The atmosphere always feels relaxing and inviting.

Really dissatisfied with the customer service. I had booked a treatment and gave my gift card details online, was told I wasn’t required to bring the physical card in as they had taken the details.
So I went and had my massage, was so beautiful and relaxing until my service was complete and I walked out through reception. The manager in reception told me I needed to sort out payment, so I explained that I had already given my voucher number etc.she explained that she didn’t have the voucher number and I told her that I had sorted it out on the phone call when making the booking. The manager threatened to call the police saying that I needed to leave my credit card details because she couldn’t find my voucher details, she told me that their program was down. My beautiful relaxing massage my mum and I went to was ruined after the service by her threatening to call the police. My mum is over 50 and I am 22, my partner and his father are both police officers. We are honest people and she accused us of being thieves.

I will not attend the Mooroduc salon again!

Had a facial today by Natalia who was so lovely and professional. Definately one of the best facials I've ever had and the extra little touches like the herbal tea heated bed & warm stones and crystals placed on you just made the experience even more rejuvenating and blissfully relaxing.
I highly recommend this endota.

Visiting the spa for a facial is always a great experience… my custom facial on Saturday with Leyda was next level. She was professional, knowledgeable and has hands of pure magic.

I have been to a few endota spas and this is by far the best one. I had a facial session with 2 of my girlfriends this weekend and had the most relaxing and peaceful time there. Thank you Beck you were so amazing and sweet. Look forward to going back again soon.

Disappointing of a few levels. The massage was ok however i asked for a pillow under my feet and she said that the foot pillow could not be moved which caused me to have a sore lower back for the entire massage - also had asked for a hair booking after massage and asked if this was complimentary of if i had to pay and was told yes complimentary.however was charged for it so there was an unexpected cost and would have not booked it if I was told from the start. When I told them they said would investigate and never got back to me - when i called to follow up i was told they remembered me but had to follow up with person who booked again did not get back to me.when i called again to follow up there was an excuse given that the person who booked did not tell me that! Not happy with the lack of care by the person who gave the massage or the customer service to try to resolve my issue. I was basically fobbed off from the beginning. It's of note that i was called a couple of days prior to my appointment asking if i would move it to an earlier time as if they could re arrange they could fit in an extra person I advised that i had planned the whole day around the time i had booked and could not move my timeslot, the person i spoke to did not seem too happy with this. I am left wondering if not changing the time effected my entire experience?

Lovely team! Nothing is too much trouble. I got a spray tan for the first time. I loved it and the tan was really good.

So peaceful & calm. The staff are wonderful and professional. I always leave feeling refreshed and happy.

My partner and I had an amazing experience today with two double surrenders! My therapist Zlatka was amazing and I felt so relaxed and never wanted the treatment to end! Thank you!

Having attended a number of Endota spas over the years I have always left thinking ‘that was nice, but I wouldn’t say it was amazing’. Well today I can say it was amazing! Catriona took care of me today and it was absolute heaven! She was so kind and attentive. I came away floating on a cloud. Thank-you!

Today I had an experience where Kate along with the salon owner went above and beyond to sympathise, empathise and provide a service that was exemplary. If you are looking for a spa that will make you feel loved, nurtured and replenished … go and see the girls at Mooroduc. I’ll be back. Xx

My facial today was amazing, my therapist (I think) Grace was the kindest person. After briefly expressing my mum had just passed away hence all the stress acne, Grace took it upon herself to go out to the desk and pay for my service as I was told by the other ladies at the desk. Safe to say I burst into tears as soon as I got in the car, some kindness from a complete stranger brought some light in a very hard time
I couldn’t Thank her properly at the time but Thankyou so so much ️️

I've been having one of the hydro micro dermabrasion series.fall asleep every time.just wonderful & my skin feels divine

I finally found a hairdresser skilled at her graft. "Opal" cut and coloured my long very straight hair. Im so delighted she has done a fantastic job.
