My go to massage place! Courtney at Knox is amazing. I go monthly and she has helped with my pregnancy massage during both my pregnancies and now post pregnancy.
Remedial massage helps me maintain my back issues in check.

Considering this Endota is situated inside a busy shopping centre, you’d never know there was construction, loud noise and a plethora of people on the other side of the wall. Well done to have created a peaceful atmosphere. See you soon!

Place to go to be pampered and relaxed! Be prepared to pay higher price but worth it for that special session

Beautiful time as always. Poor staff was allergic to the essential oils so it had to be turned off. I loved the smell but what do you do. Let her keep sneezing? Next I'll request staff with no allergies.

The receptionist was very rude, not polite at all! However the two therapists I must say we're softly-spoken and gentle, I would never use endota day spa as the receptionist are always rude, arrogant, and never friendly. Just a hint ladies, if the receptionist can't smile, answer your questions, or is very short with you, your not going to have a relaxing time. Most Endota Day spas I have been to have for some reason had rude reception, which gives me toxic workplace vibes!

Had a $210 voucher that was bought for me for my birthday, it wasn’t a massage but a lathering of oil, expressed on the form that I wanted attention to my feet, but feet were only touched when I had the pedicure, at the end when they try to upsale their products, when I said I could not afford it, she simply walked away, a waste of $210

Wouldn't ever spend that much money there I have actually left the spa crying to my husband of disappointment I never get a me day. A mother ov 3 n feel lyk I could ov payed one of my children to do a better job.

Overall lovely service here. I appreciate that they almost always run on time. Being in a shopping centre, they do a good job in creating a quieter, relaxing environment after you walk through the door after checking-in. The experience and quality of massage depends largely on who you get. I've had relaxation massages which can be hit and miss. But lately I have been so lucky to have Amira as my therapist for remedial massages. I now only book her, she knows all the aches and I have confidence in her being in tune with my body and what techniques it needs at each session.

Who on earth puts a massage spa inside a shopping centre with NO sound proofing! Worst decision ever! Endota and the owner of the Knox location need to take a good look at themselves - Endota has lost their way, they used to be awesome and knew who to give their customers the whole experience - but not anymore! Th e owner of the Knox location, listen to your customers and therapists - no one wants to hear kids screaming whilst you are paying very good $$ for a relaxing massage! If only you had invested in sound proofing! Endota Spa locations located within a shopping centre should be avoided at all costs! Including Knox (& Rowville & Eastland) avoid!

Really disappointing, waited all week for this! Received a pregnancy massage for my 20 week mark. It was literally getting moisturer rubbed in. It was meant to run of an hour it went for 50 minutes, she forgot one arm (which i had to tell her about) and she called me Michelle, maybe she got Michelle's profile? Asking for the 50 mins lotion rub in.all this for $140. Today endota lost a customer.

Can't leave the carpark without writing this review. Just finished a prenatal massage with Amira and it was sublime. You can tell when a massage therapist is just going through the motions and when they are directing their energy and intention towards your healing. Amira encapsulated the latter. It is the rare combination of energy and skill that make for a truly magical massage and I'm so very grateful to have just received one.

Booked a treatment room for two, but the room was "mistakenly" taken by another therapist with a single customer.

Quality of service and therapy depends on who your therapist is.

Chanthy was great - treats her clients well and creates a good mood and vibe throughout the whole session, pre and post treatment.

Janis Park, on the other hand, was a polar opposite. Snappy and unfriendly, just rushing to finish off the treatment near the end and chasing other clients out of the relaxation area, even when she could clearly see the clients have just finished a treatment session and haven't had a chance to even touch their post-treatment drink. She didn't even bother taking her own client through the post-treatment prescription pad, and just rushed on to the next client. Very poor service from this therapist.

Endota spa Knox needs to up the quality of service across their staff and ensure consistent high level of service for clients.

Poor and let down! Had a spa treatment booked in here by my wife for my Birthday on the actual day of my Birthday in May. She had gone into store to make the booking and was very clear about the day and date. Upon arrival on the day in May, I presented at the counter and was told the booking was for another day in June which had no relevance. We were told the error was by us and asked if another time in the future could be booked. When asked if a refund could be provided the initial response was strongly resisted but finally provided. The attitude of the store manager was to push blame and avoid any acceptance of any shared fault. It felt like I was provided the refund under protest and almost glad that I was out of the establishment with not even an slight apology or birthday acknowledgement. We wrote to head office @endota feedback to convey the disappointment with not even an acknowledgement of receipt of the email. We have been long standing Endota customers for many years, and spent thousands of dollars here, but sorry to say you have lost us as customers for GOOD. Learn some manners and how to treat customers! This brand is supposed to be about removing life's strains and be +ve experiential! Not the reverse.

Was treated like a leper because I forgot my vaccine certificate. They will never get my money again.

Stephanie at knox shopping centre was amazing. She did such a great job. My only complaint would be that the spirit room was too close to the waiting room. All the noise took away from the relaxing ambience.

While I highly recommend endota spa Knox.great treatments both facial, massages and spa, as a regular customer it's not easy to book for available slots and all online booking is not available.which is disappointing.

Friendly staff, Anne Marie in particular is great at remedial massage. Would happily return and recommond Endota to anyone in need of relaxation.
