They offer a nail service, which was disappointing to say the least.
$130 for 1 hour of manicure and pedicure, lying down, with a mask on my eyes, a hot stone on my stomach and a head massage.
I had no idea this was going to be my nail treatment, which turned up to be the worst nail polish application I've ever had. Cuticles and fingers had polish on them, uneven and lumpy nail polish application.
The explanation I had from their manager is that they are not a nail bar. So, if they can't offer a good nail job, why have it on their menu.
I went to my daughter's wedding looking like a child had painted my nails!
I will not go back.

Read the great reviews and decided to try Endota Spa Kew. It did not disappoint. I chose the surrender package; 45 minutes body massage + 30 minutes facial. The therapist was very friendly and applied just the right amount of pressure and it was very relaxing. There was head massage during mask treatment as well. Would definitely recommend it and would come back.
