What's not to love about endota spa! They know service and they do it incredibly well. It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth spoiling yourself or someone you love with a truly great massage and relaxation experience.

Had a lovely massage and facial with Montana. She has truly magic hands, and I felt completely relaxed with her service, an absolute 10/10.
I will note that you can hear the music from the shop next door beating through the wall (not really something the spa can change/not their fault, but if you're an audiosensitive person like me, may not be the right place).

The attendant I had was lovely and the job she did was good, however, for a foot spa there wasn't a lot of time spent on massaging my feet. Honestly the hour season was probably about 25 minutes of touch at most. For the price you pay you would expect better.

Was waiting in line at Chadstone and the lady didn't acknowledge me coming in or to say she'll be a second. When ready she said, "Sorry to keep you waiting. WHAT'S YOUR NAME. " To which I replied, "Melissa" and she raised her eyebrow without any eye contact. Why did she raised her eyebrow? ! Coming here for a spa treatment was supposed to be relaxing and to destress but to encounter this kind of customer service right away was extremely disappointing. In the end found out I was in the wrong location, which was a little embarrassing!

Called Glen Waverley- lady on phone was aggressive, stating their policy, when a little empathy and understanding for having gone to wrong location as a first time customer with a gift voucher from family, would have gone a long way to a better customer experience, without need to leave a review.

Leaving a review despite not having the
service as the booking was cancelled with 50% cancellation fee without my consent. Am encouraged to know I'm not alone in this experience, seeing other reviews. Spas ideally should be relaxing not causing more stress!

Had an overdue, much-needed organic relax massage, and it was a pleasant experience- wish it didn't end! Tammy did a great job, and staff at reception were lovely

Really poor form by this Spa centre booked an appointment for a treatment. Spa treatment cancelled the appointment, due to phone not being answered during business school hours as she was in a classroom teaching. Do not use this centre very rude and no empathy for loyal recurring customer. My daughter and friends will now cancel.

Fantastic Endota Spa, best on the east side. Always professional & every therapist is always amazing, which makes booking very easy as I know the standard of treatment is consistently great. Highly recommend.

My mum, sister, husband and I have been coming here for nearly 2 years now and we absolutely love it here. The owner and staff are so lovely and amazing professionals. The spa is beautiful and very clean. I always feel amazing after a session. I’ve been to many spas in the southern eastern area, and this is the best. ️

Sussie was very rude and unconsiderate. I got 10 minutes late and she asked me to leave… I am not coming to this place anymore

The receptionist with braces was extremely rude, and need to develop better customer service skills.

I don’t know who you are confusing me with. I walked into the store last Thursday (02 June 2022) asking whether your staff could book me in for next available appointment and I was asked “when” (short one word question) to which I replied with “today” hoping she’d say there’s a cancellation, or politely say no. The receptionist said “you’re joking” and shook her head. I don’t know what gift card BS you’re carrying on about. Clearly your staff lock horns with customers quite often. And that’s how small businesses fold. Anyhow, good to know your gift card/booking saga or how you weave a web of lies to protect your position. Either which way I have taken screenshots of your response and will not hesitate to spread the word.

Stunning, flawless spa and atmosphere as is the endota way. My therapist Kelly was a dream. Beautiful, gentle manner yet a lovely firm massage. Just perfect. 5 stars for the treatment. I think the front counter staff could be more welcoming and less ‘business’ and austere but I wouldn’t say that’s a fault per se, but would elevate the whole experience to 5 star perfection and make you feel really special, which is what I expect when paying so much or receiving this as a gift, rather than feel like just another customer. Tough ask in a demanding industry dealing with people but they are charging the same as international hotel day spas where the staff just about fall over themselves to make you feel like a million bucks the second you walk in the door to when you leave. Certainly not a deal breaker but they are very pricey so would be ideal.

My wife has a birthday gift of enjoying time off at this spa. Who knows the whole experience turned out to be a fad. She arrived 5 mins before her appointment. Was told off to have arrived earlier. The therapist was still with another customer anyway. The therapist was out 10 mins later. My wife had to visit the loo quickly. So all in all, whole session started 15 mins later from her appointment. And 75-min session shrunk to 60-min. Naturally she questioned the session time. While the previous customer could have extended time, she had to pay for it? We understand both sides had faults in time management. But in the end my wife was told off by the receptionist who impatiently trying to get rid of her. Simply unprofessional utterly disgraceful.

Booking over the phone was easy. The spa is located inside a shopping centre but as soon as you enter through the door you escape all the hustle and bustle and begin to unwind in the lounge. I booked for a package that includes a facial & massage and both treatments were amazing. The therapist Jess was fantastic - so friendly and I felt instantly calm and in good hands. The smell, the fluffy towels, the music, the beautiful products and the soft lighting - all create a heavenly environment. Every time i go to Endota, it is pure bliss and basically float out happy. Highly recommend this particular Endota Spa if you are in the market for some pampering and make sure to ask for Jess

Terrible experience, the staff are inexperienced and endota products are not like they used to be, now they are cutting costs on its ingredients and may as well buy products from Priceline. Endota spas are average at best and basic basic basic.

Best Endota Spa ever! It's such a beautful and clean environment, and the spa therapists are amazing. The surrender package is incredible and the receptionist is super friendly and really good at recommending treatments. I will definitely be back soon!

Highly recommend this spa! I booked in for a full body massage and the whole experience was luxurious. Everything was so clean!
I have tried several spas and massage places and was really disappointed, dust everywhere and rather than you being relaxed you get actually tense!

However I was absolutely happy with my experience at endota spa glen the staff was welcoming and lovely, the spa it self is so relaxing and my massage was just amazing!

I visited Endota Glen Waverley a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. The look of the spa is really fresh and modern.
I booked in for a facial and massage package and the therapist was spot on with everything. She kept me informed and made me feel at ease and also recommended genuine ways to improve my skin hydration levels which I loved.
Overall great staff and a great experience - will definitely book in again.

From the moment you enter the spa the girls make you feel at ease. Very warm atmosphere and the service to match! Will definitely be back for repeat treatments! Keep at it girls!
