Service and staff are excellent. I have become a regular and plan to visit every 2 months. Always leave refreshed and very relaxed.

For all you ladies and men that have endota spa vouchers for the Geelong West Endota when booking DO NOT tell them that you are booking with a gift card, why:
1. They all of a sudden do not have any appointments that suit you and;
2. You do not get an experienced staff member you'll be put with a trainee.
Absolutely terrible considering the prices you pay to enjoy an experience. I have had two gift cards given to me this year one earlier on in the year and one just recently and on both occasions it was difficult. The most recent gift card i asked for an appointment the lady said sure we can get u in before Christmas, i said, 'great', she took my details and booked me in and then asked would i be using a gift card or paying myself, i said gift card, she then stopped and said, 'oh.i'm really sorry that appointment is actually not available, I'm so sorry we do not have any appointments before Christmas'. Well FYI this gift card has also been paid for by someone and should therefore not be discriminated against, and the exact same thing happened with the one that i was given earlier in the year.disgusting!

Heavenly place for a full body massage. I go as often as I can (and husband treats me at least once a year with a gift voucher!). You relax as soon as you walk in.

Had the best massage there! The girls there were super friendly and made me feel really comfortable.

Was there 30 min.before closing, they would not unlock the door even though I told them that I want to buy velcha for my girlfriends because of Hen's night. The girl who worked there had boyfriend with her, who were waiting with the reception board. This means that she has NOT been busy! The service is zero! In all cases, their loss!

Had a Brazilian wax, by far the worst wax I've ever had. The staff member certainly didn't know what she was doing and was getting frustrated with herself. Went in at 3: 45pm and came out at 5: 15pm. Longest, slowest and most painful Brazilian wax Ive ever had. I thought a professional would know what way to pull the wax?
The staff member had a terrible cold, and was sniffing all over my private parts and blowing her nose, kinda gross when the areas she was handling is generally germ free.
I was left with a half-hearted job, was covered in dried wax and hair and she didn't even do all the area. Certainly wouldn't pay $10 for that service let alone $50.

So relaxing. The ladies that work here are exceptional at what they do and they work very hard to make sure everything during your experience is perfect

Had a relaxation massage with my husband and the girls were wonderful. They took the time to discuss our issues and what we wanted.we will definitely go back. The rooms had amazing ambience, best I've seen, and I've had over 20 massages at different places due to different health concerns. Treat yourself, its worth every cent!
