I have been a frequent visitor at Endota over the years but today I was lucky enough to have Sarah a remedial massage therapist for my Surrender package. She was truly amazing. Usually I just want to lie there in silence during my treatments but I loved our chats at the beginning. She gave me the most relaxing facial I’ve ever received and I ended up falling asleep - it was brilliant! She also went above and beyond in providing me with tips and advice for my ongoing back pain, which she didn’t have to do, but is clearly very passionate about her role and I appreciate it dearly. Such an asset to your team!

Had my customised facial last night, and it was such an amazing experience. Maddie assisted me with everything, and she did an amazing job in doing the facial and head massage. I felt so relaxed and calm the whole time and felt really good after the treatment. I even had a great sleep after. The ambience was really good and the products they were using were definitely great quality. It was a very much needed experience, and I look forward to coming back.

Amazing results from the facial procedure I got done here! They also sell high quality skin care products for affordable prices!

Overrated, overpriced and horrible customer service. Racist staff and not keen to work professionally

Wanted to make a purchase today and was told that I had to create an account in order to do so. I don't feel comfortable giving out my details and I'm sure many others feel the same. Had to walk out today without buying because of this

Bad customer service, Endota day spa needs to close shop, they do not know how to treat their clients, and they do not care. The staff is awful, overpriced and they are not friendly.

The customer service was the most horrendous, ignorant and deceitful. I went to the store, October 2022 to enquire about the orgánics moisturiser as I already use Endota products and I was looking for an alternate moisturiser. I asked if I could get a sample. The sales girl said no we don’t have samples. I queried this as I know that Endota provide samples to try their products. I asked her “you don’t have samples or you don’t provide samples? ” She replied “we don’t provide samples”. I had received a sample of the rose hip oil the previous week as I was finishing the vitamin treatment oil and wanted to try another product. Lying to
customers is not acceptable. You loose customer trust and damage business reputation.

Today I have had a wonderful Rest and Restore massage from lovely Payal! I reccomend this Endota Spa and especially Payal wholeheartedly!

Came at 4: 45 and they were closed and refused to help me purchase a gift card as an anniversary present for my wife, signage and online say they close at 5pm.

Either the workers lazy that day or they think it’s okay to lie, either way not impressed.

Came in today to use my voucher and treated myself to 2 hours of bliss with the rejuvenate package. The lady at reception who's name I didn't catch was lovely. Ashlee looked after me and created an enjoyable, relaxing and memorable experience. I walked away floating on a cloud, at one point I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep, I struggle with sleep and have felt so stressed. Today was everything I needed, can't wait to return

Teresa the receptionist was awful to deal with. Do not visit this store if you want a positive experience. This person has no care for customers. Endota offered a promo for July however they were rude and abrupt when querying why they charged full price for two treatments over 60 mins. The promo code was entered online at the time of booking however they refused to honour the discount. This was the worst customer experience ever. I feel sad that Endota would employ someone who treats customers so poorly and speaks to customers like they are worthless

My partner and I had a wonderful couples massage tonight with two gorgeous therapists - Vivian and Helen. The girls were so lovely and polite and their massages were so relaxing. The pressure was absolutely perfect, I just melted into the massage table! The only negative was that it went far too quickly - next time I’ll be booking a longer treatment for sure! Kym at reception was so helpful and lovely too. Can’t wait to rebook asap! Thanks girls!

Had a voucher given to me which ended up being an ideal gift - i had close to 2 blissful hours with the delightful Caroline, who was extremely attentive to my specific needs. Booking on line was easy enough, and changes to my booking were accommodated with no issues.

Had a beautiful rejuvenate package - body scrub, body massage and facial treatment by Caroline today and it was exactly what I needed. She is very caring, professional, and made my feel so relaxed. I walked out like I was walking on a cloud, will definitely come back for more treatments.

Came in today and was really unsure of what to get done for my facial. I saw Emily and i would highly recommend her x she explained everything to me and she helped me with my skin routine without being pushy with what to purchase with any aftercare products x thankyou for a beautiful experience x cant wait to return x

After many many months of not being able to have my skin taken care of I finally got in to Endota Fountain Gate to have my Hydromicrobrasion done My skin is jumping for joy Therese you have done a magnificent job

Amazing all the lady's at fountain gate are so welcoming and the full massage and facial was to die 4 best I've had highly recommend
