This review is long overdue, I’ve been going to endota Fitzroy for 2 years now, Patricia and Chelsea are amazing. Super welcoming, warm and super skilled. I highly recommend it. I twice attended with Chelsea not being there and it’s not the same! She makes such a difference and it’s always a highlight to see her. Patricia is also one of a kind! Not only do I come out of the sessions super relaxed, I always get some homework of how I can improve my posture, stress or any other concerns that keep coming up.
If I could give more than 5 stars for these 2 ladies I would.

It's truly wonderful to share greatness, even at the risk of never being able to book an appointment! Chelsea and Teagan are fantastic! Consistent both in temperament, level of care and results! Thankyou ladies, you are a couple of treasures!

My first time having a spa treatment and it was absolutely lovely! Fryal was welcoming, so professional and did an amazing job educating on the custom treatment stages and products used. Highly recommend! Skin was glowing afterward

Endota spa fitzroy is wonderful! I’ve had a range of different treatments over the years and they are consistently great. Lovely staff and beautiful space. Teigan does such a wonderful job of my eyebrows (and other treatments) and really listens and remembers how I like them done even if it’s been a while. Highly recommend! Thanks Teigan & team ️

The best endota salon there is! The staff are so friendly and you feel relaxed as soon as you step foot in the door. I had an amazing facial and the therapist was so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during the treatment. My skin felt amazing afterwards Would definitely recommend having a treatment at Endota Fitzroy!

I have been here multiple times. Each time I've left feeling relaxed and extremely happy with the experience. All the girls who I've had for treatments have been very knowledgeable, helpful and have done a beautiful job. Would recommend highly

Bought a silk sleep eye mask that should have the 20% off sale applied to it, as it is on the website, but it didn't. Only got ripped off $6 but it just shows that a lack of thoroughness and proper training as the staff also could not answer my questions about the mask.

An oasis in hectic, bustling Fitzroy. Once inside you wouldn’t know you’re in the inner city. Professional staff, beautifully calm atmosphere. Treat yourself for a brief switch off and treatment in the hands of faultless staff and the calmest environment you’ll find in the neighbourhood

I've had a lot of lovely experiences at this particular Endota and most of the therapists there seem really professional and passionate about skincare. My last facialist (didn't catch her name but very blond and petite) was definitely having an off day and was quite critical of my skin and me in general. I'm mainly writing the review as a warning that if it happens to you during your treatment, you're not alone:) I also checked with my Dermatologist on what the facialist raised (sun damage that looked like it could turn to skin cancer - yikes) and my Dermatologist said it wasn't an issue at all! So also take what they advise with a grain of salt.

It was a good massage however I was extremely dissapointed to find at the end that I couldn't claim on my health insurance. The girl at the desk was apologetic and blamed high staff turnover for it and the challenges with getting the codes. When probed she eventually disclosed that my masseuse hadn't even applied to get them. Endota charge a premium price which I justified because I assumed I could claim some funds back. It's really disappointing when you can go to a random at a shopping centre pay a lower price and still claim this back. It also makes me wonder if the staff are sufficiently trained otherwise why havent they sourced these health care claim codes? I would hope that endota up their game cause I've honestly lost faith.

Absolutely fantastic massage by Chelsea and Grace. They went above and beyond and we would highly recommend getting a massage here. My partner and I were having sore points in our body and they have improved significantly from the massage. Thank you!

Excellent customer service!
I have avoided getting my eyebrows waxed for 5+ years and plucked them myself, because I was so paranoid that someone would botch them.
I saw Chelsea, and my eyebrows are amazing! Her attention to detail was amazing. She took her time and actually cared about the result, rather than just getting me in and out. She didn’t just follow the ‘natural’ shape that most people would follow, she actually left hair where there should be hair so that they can fill out in the correct areas rather than having patches missing.
I expressed my concerns about my acne, and I ended up leaving with a million samples, booklets and a whole lot of information about what I could do to help and treatments that she believes would be beneficial.
Chelsea is such an asset to endota spa Fitzroy, and I’ll definitely be back:)

I had an exceptional experience with Deep Recovery massage. April is one of the best therapists I have looking after me in Australia. It's a perfect mix of different techniques, great products and intuition. I strogly recommend the treatment and the therapist.

The service here is the absolute best

Oh my god I did not expect the service to be as great as it was! I knew I would enjoy myself but I am totally blown away! Teagan was so informative, lovely and talented, without a doubt hooked on the facials here. Im glowing and my skin has never looked this good and the amazing massage was an unexpected bonus!

I come here for spray tans and highly recommend them - good organic product that gives you a natural and healthy tan. Staff are always friendly and professional.
