Had a facial with Rhiannon yesterday and I was blown away by her knowledge and her general explanation of the treatment, as well as how my skin care plan would reflect my overall goal based on my skin concerns.
Can't recommend enough

I went down to Endota Spa Eltham the other week to get my wife a voucher for Mother’s Day as she’s always raving about the staff there. I must say I’ll admit she wasn’t wrong! The ladies were so accommodating and helpful. Kate, the staff member who served my was so polite and efficient. I was in and out in a flash. Thanks Kate. Happy wife happy life!

Kate is wonderful, she made me feel very comfortable during the entire processing of waxing, especially as it was my first time and she knew I was nervous. Couldn’t recommend her enough, very lovely person and will be coming back shortly. Thanks You!

I have booked a facial for this morning and have asked their staff to wear mask due to the fact that they would be breathing right above me. I have to be careful due to my own health and had to avoid catching flu or covid. Then 20min before appointment their manager Kate calls me to inform me that they will not be accomodating my request to wear a mask as they are no longer required too. Kate was very rude and condescending with me. She ended up canceling my appointment and basically she hung up on me. I’m now making an offical complaint through their head office and will follow up further. I would give them a minus star if I could.

Actually you did not offer me alternative appointments at all, Kate advised me that you no longer have to wear masks and that majority of your staff have medical conditions where they can not wear them. There was absolutely no consideration for my medical situation at all. I was encouraged to book an appointment at another location and Kate has hung up on me. This all has taken place 20min prior to my appointment after I have had to reschedule an entire day to be able to attend. I don’t usually go to places like this and I have made Kate aware that I have a voucher that is about to expire and that I’m trying to use it however I need to be careful. Since this was a facial your staff would literally be breathing 10cm from above me and you couldn’t accommodate me and help me protect my health by just simply wearing a mask. Kate was rude and condescending and I’m now going to make a further complaint to consumer affairs!

Had an amazing facial! Will definitely be back! Tilly made everything so easy and went above and beyond to make sure my treatment was the best it could possibly be!

I recently had an amazing massage with Nari! She was incredible, the remedial massage was one of the best I've had in a long time. Also, Kate who owns the salon is really lovely, I called to see if I could get a massage on my birthday, so it was last minute and she squeezed me in! Very nice spa and highly recommend going!

Worst Pedicure ever. I could list the omissions. The painting of my nail a 2 year old could do better. Atmosphere terrible lights full blast. OMG $110. For the worst treatment I have ever had

I have always been an advocate, voucher buyer and spruker of Endota Spa- especially the Eltham clinic. Once upon a time, there was no other place I would prefer to book a treatment/massage from. Recently the quality has changed for the worst. The last 2 treatments I received have been sub-par, with the most recent being extremely poor.
I nearly always book a remedial massage. The last massage I received had been booked as remedial- the therapist spent a lot of the time SCRUBBING my back with extremely coarse exfoliant. I thought my skin was going to be ripped off. She tried to explain that this was the remedial part! Her massage technique went between pretty much no pressure, to simply pushing on an area. There was no massage involved. Extremely disappointed.

Anyways- long story short, I wouldn't go back.

Had the organic infusion facial today with Cara. Just had to leave a review because it was probably the best facial I’ve ever had in my life. I loved how the facial was so massage focused. Most other therapists are too scared to go firm and treat your face so daintily but she went all in and even the hand, arm and head massage was perfect. I feel so relaxed and can’t wait to go back again. My skin also feels so hydrated and smooth.

She was amazing highly recommended

They forgot to massage one side of my back, I had to remind the masseuse to do it, charged me more money than what Doncaster Endota charges and you can’t even claim for remedial massage and nobody tells you, poor communication, absolute joke, never going there again!

VERY BAD EFFORT BY NICKI THE SO CALLAD MANAGER l went to endota on several occasions and approximately two weeks ago l had an appointment with Nicki the manager they contacted me on Thursday to confirm and on Friday the called to claim that Nicki had to look after the phone and cancel my appointment l rang them several times on Saturday and Nicki was not on the phone l asked Nicki why she was not open the phone she made some excuse l think will l asked to speak to the owners she said they don't come in and l need to speak to het what a poor effort Nicki l hope you don't treat all your clients like that VERY POOR EFFECT NICKI

Mieka looked after me today. I was impressed the moment I walked in. Staff lovely and my treatment was fantastic. Thank you so much. Will be back. I highly recommend.

This Endota Spa is a hidden away gem! The spa has a small shop front so you need to keep an eye out if you’re unfamiliar with the area. As always with Endota, you enter into a beautifully presented space which smells amazing! Nicki and the staff are so lovely and engaging. The treatments are amazing and staff are friendly, caring and professional. While Endota treatments can be a little more pricey the staff at Endota Eltham are worth the investment (and so are you!). I treasure my visits to this spa!

Love the new advanced skin scanning photos and hydro microdermabrasion with LED facial to see visible results when my skin needs a lift, every time I return this place gets better and offers something new. Secret gem in Eltham.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied about my new age LED light therapy which I paid $160 for 60mins and I only got 45minutes with 0 consultation or run down at the start about what I should expect!
Therapist only gave me a paper to complete and sign which at the back it was asking me if my therapist has explained about this treatment before the start, so I left it blank as I thought she’ll sit down with me to do this before treatment and to explain what exactly she’ll do and what I should expect during the treatment. Unfortunately she didn’t do that so all during the treatment that my eyes was closed, I had no idea what she was putting on my skin and what was all those steps and that sudden arm and head massage!
And the worst was the fact that she started at 3 and finished at 3: 45!
When I politely asked her if the treatment was supposed to be 60minute (as per website and what I get charged) she said well it’s 60minute including consultation! What sort of consultation she gave me? 0! Only coming with some products after my facial to convince me to buy them!
This is not good at all! You increase your facial prices based on their time/duration and complexity, and then I got only 45mins instead of 60mins and 0 consultation! Very disappointed with my purchase and experience!

Hydromicrodermabrasion, LED and clinical peels make skin glow for special events. Love that they always add new machinery - love the advanced facials and anti aging products even for my sensitive skin.

Great space with plenty of treatment rooms. Staff are very friendly and the venue is always peaceful. Thoroughly enjoyed my facial and massage treatments, staff also knowledgeable of skin care.

Had the New Age Light Therapy facial with Jaimie. This was soooo amazing and well worth every penny! Why haven't I done this any sooner? ! Feeling like a goddess in my supple, hydrated and glowing skin! Ladies, treat yo self!

Not very happy. Had a deluxe PED in March 2019. Requested the the girl be very careful with one particular nail as it is prone to becoming ingrown. Obviously she didn't listen or perhaps didn't care because to date l have had to visits to the podiatrist to have this corrected. Never again will I go there. Sorry if I sound harsh bit both my hip pocket and toe are hurting.
