I have been visiting Endota spa for 3 years now and everytime I've gone there I've never been disappointed.
I always leave endota spa feeling refreshed and relaxed. The woman at the front (Fatin) always makes me feel welcomed. Keep up the great work girls.

I booked 90mins custom massage, I told the masseur that my shoulders and legs are sore, and then the whole experience to me was I only getting lotion rubbing into my skin. I didn’t feel any massage at all, now I went home with sore shoulders and legs still.

I came in yesterday for the Surrender Package and it was the most relaxed i’ve been in months! The massage in particular was fantastic! Looking forward to my next one in 6 weeks time

I have visited Endota spa many times and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my massage this time. The therapist 'fluffed' around quite a bit during the session and it felt like my appointment was shorter than the time allocation.

I felt they snickered at me & kept saying hi & asking boorish questions to try force one to talk, even though it’s obvious one doesn’t want to. Which was bizarre considering they didn’t answer the phone or confirm.

I had a long needed massage today. Go customise and ask for Marwa. She was amazing. Yes, there was a little up sell at the end but no pressure to buy. Also, I thought before I went that it was expensive (had a gift voucher), but you get a full spa experience so after the massage I understand the cost. Would deff recommend.

Disappointed - booked by phone a week ago for two massages. Turned up and no appointment recorded. No massage slots available.

Irritating, expensive, inexperienced, product spruiking. Probably fine intentions but only go for relaxation massage.

Glad I used a birthday voucher but wish I hadn't paid the second half. While the person at the desk was perfectly pleasant, the internet didn't work in the dimmed "lounge area" corridor which I was told is a regular problem so had to keep going from the corridor to the front desk, in the end I could not fill out the preference/medical form. This ate in to a significant amount of my allocated massage time. I then had to sit with my "therapist" who sat me down in the room and asked me a series of questions that were odd. When she asked me how stressed I was feeling and I said 7-8/10 she asked if there was any particular reason which I thought was really inappropriate.she is not that kind of therapist.she didn't ask the level of talking I wanted which was on the form. She asked me about my "skin care routine" to which I said I didn't have one and she seemed shocked. She asked as a courtesy if I was open to one and even after I said no she rambled about the ageing process and cleansing.didn't seem like a massage therapist really. She tried to work out some knotts but ultimately felt very unsatisfying because she clearly wasn't very experienced and the massage was short on time because of the long winded question asking. I just took the massage as a relaxation massage which I was paying half price out of pocket for. Luckily she didn't talk much during the massage. The worst part of it all was afterwards I was quite relaxed and she asked me to put my clothes on and sit down. Then, with lights back on and air con blazing I had to sit there and listen to her product sprukes! Was she trying to be helpful? I've never had that done before. She also said deep recovery which was what I had was for athletes so not sure if she was implying I booked the wrong one? Gr

I have been coming here for my massages and during my pregnancy. The therapists are very qualified and go above and beyond to ensure that you are relaxed and getting the best experience.thank you!

Was really disappointed with my experience here. Booked in for the ‘organic relaxation massage’ as a special birthday treat. The form at the start asks you what level of pressure you prefer, so I would assume from that, they will tailor it accordingly. Instead, I had to ask several times during the massage for former pressure and even still I walked out without feeling like I’d had any massage at all. I’m NOT someone who likes or enjoys heavy-duty pressure, but the therapist literally was just running her hands over my skin at times. Not relaxing, just frustrating when you’re spending this much money. Likewise they ask about preferred focus areas so said I particularly wanted a head massage, and she literally just ran her fingers through my hair 3 times, and a few times over my face. I was genuinely shocked when she said that was the end of the treatment. Afterwards, when it was too late to do anything about it, she told me I should have booked in for a remedial or custom massage if I wanted more than light pressure, and that she isn’t really able to veer from the massage ‘protocol’. I’ve had great experiences at other Endota locations before, but sadly can’t recommend this one based on this experience.

First time getting hydro microdermabrasion but now im hooked, my face is so clear, even and hydrated after one treatment. Worth it!

My pedicure with Ash and my remedial massage with Carina both exceeded my expectations, will go back hopefully again many times

Relaxation only. The 'therapists' are not good at massage or well trained. Nice people. Nice shop but I would not recommend a massage if you have any muscle aches or have a sore back or neck. If you want to listen to music and have someone randomly rub nice smelling oils in you, this is the place. If you want a therapeutic massage, dont waste your money.

I had a beautiful massage with Naomi this evening, she really helped ease my back tension! This spa has a beautiful energy, and such happy therapists. I’ve already booked my next treatment! Can’t wait

I'm giving three stars because I've had 5 star experiences here but also only 2 stars so it kind of averages out. Really depends on which beauty therapist you get as to what kind of experience you get. They are all very pleasant and friendly but some are better at their craft than others.

I had a 30 minute organic facial with Cristina this afternoon. She was very knowledgeable and advised me that my skin was very dry.
She used products and explained the benefits of each product.
Very happy with the end result and my skin already feels a lot better.
Highly recommend.
