endota spa Brighton Beach

Not even worth 1 star Brighton endota is the worst I have experienced - received a voucher as a gift valued at $300 or so I had the scrub and massage (12mnths ago). Received a call stating they had double booked and would be able to accommodate me if I moved rooms - given I had taken the day off I agreed begrudgingly given it wasn’t my issue. Well the therapist was terrible - she scrubbed my body with her hands but could event feel the scrub and she was scared to even touch my body - the massage was so light and dismal that I felt i hadn’t even received a massage …. I would suggest they train their therapist to provide the treatment you pay for…. Hampton endota is great not sure why Brighton is so bad!

I was here a few weeks back, it was a little underwhelming to be honest. I had the organic relax massage & facial. For the massage the therapist asked about 15 minutes in if the pressure was ok, when I asked for it to be a little stronger she advised that the organic relax massage was a “relaxing massage” and said if I wanted a stronger massage I should have booked that. So I felt like why ask, if you can’t do it? It was a little like someone just rubbing oil onto my body. The “filling form time” seemed to cut into my treatment time also.
It was not a horrible experience, but I just didn’t feel like it was wonderful either. Suggest when booking be clear on what you want to achieve from visit so you don’t have the same experience I did. I just assumed “Organic meant natural products, not non pressure massage”.

Lucy at Endota Brighton was exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage, right amount of pressure, so quiet and relaxing. Great way to kick off my weekend! Have rebooked.

Great massage, relaxing atmosphere and they make sure you are comfortable and don't feel rushed out. The heated beds are a nice touch and the relaxation massage was actually the most relaxed I have ever been in a massage. Recommended for sure

The therapist I have been seeing, Annie has been wonderful and very knowledgeable. My Endota Surrender massage by Sarah was AMAZING! The massage, temperature, lighting and products were all perfect and I left feeling super relaxed. I would highly recommend a spa package here. Perfect way to end my holidays.

One of the worst massages I have ever had. It felt like the massage therapist had no idea where my muscles were, or how to relieve any tension. The pressure was super light and when I asked for it to be firmer she tried, but it didn’t get much better. Just felt like having warm oil rubbed over me for an hour.

Beautiful place, amazing staff. The girl that did my facial was so attentive and friendly. I got a hyndro micro dermabrasion and i felt a million dollars after it

What a lovely way to unwind. The staff here are wonderful. I definitely left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Absolute HEAVEN! I had the Surrender Spa experience. Went in with quite a dire need of de-stress.went in and was treated in the most delightful, gentle, grounded way with a dose of beautiful aromatherapy. Bless the lady who was my therapist, she did me some major GOOD. Will be back!

We had a Double massage booked - got here as stipulated and waited for 10-15 mins for them to begin the one hour treatment which was eventually cut short to 45 mins for both of us and we were later told that this was due to consultations which they must do (however for the most part we were just waiting for the therapists)

The massage itself was far below expectations when compared to any other Endota Spa in Melbourne. I was with Kianni (I think her name was) and the firm or even medium pressure which I requested was non-existent. I had asked to focus on my lower back but she somehow skipped that entirely. The experience was far from relaxing, felt more like a waste of time and money.

At the payment counter, we obviously mentioned our concerns and any honourable manager would accomodate with a replacement treatment but not Emma. Had a very stressful conversation with her which pretty much worsened the experience for both of us after which she finally provided a 20% discount.

Never again will we visit this particular Endota spa!

Jacinta is my skin QUEEN, my skin is so much clearer after her treatments. She changes up the routine every facial, listens to my men problems and always has a smile on her face. What a babe as are all the staff.x

Lucky me, I just had a microdermabrasion with Abby, it was amazing! Loved the whole experience, Abby was very knowledgeable and friendly, I will definitely be asking for her next time! Highly recommend, my skin feels refreshed.
