First time facial at my ripe old age. Must say I really enjoyed, had the organic infusion facial and was super relaxing, almost felt myself melt into the table. The therapist was excellent and she chose the right items for my face (I had no idea of what I needed). Next morning my face is definitely feeling smoother and softer I will be adding to my routine.

Fantastic staff, and very clean premises. I highly recommend you treat yourself to a surreal experience.

First time going to endota spa berwick for a mother and daughter date, had Rochelle and Molly and they gave the best relaxing experience for the both of us.they went above and beyond for us, couldn’t have gotten a better experience?

Roshelle was so lovely and really took the time making sure i got the best out of my organic infusion facial. She explained everything and took her time massaging each product which was incredibly relaxing ️ thanks for your help:)

Pure bliss! From the moment I walked in until I left I was happy. The staff are lovely and the packages divine. There is plenty of free car parking just across the street so no worries there either. If you are stressed or just need pampering this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

Endota spa Berwick It was a beautiful place to visit, very relaxing from the first feeling you walk in and staff very friendly. I used the gift voucher I got and the massage and hot stone was over before it really began the body scrub and facial was good but to be honest I thought my experience would have been better

I had an intense new age facial with Roshelle this morning and I can’t praise her enough. Usually when I get any beauty service done I keep to myself but with Roshelle she made me feel so comfortable and I felt I could ask her anything. She was professional, welcoming, kind and the facial was amazing. My face feels super soft and I couldn’t recommend her and the facial enough.:)

I have been going to this spa for many years. Today was by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have had and I won’t be going back.

I booked my appointment online, received both an email and text confirmation for the time. When I arrived at the salon I had to fill out a new client card, despite the fact that I have been there many times. It was then 10 minutes past my treatment time and I was told that my actual appointment time was an hour later than I had booked. It was inferred that I was incorrect, despite showing the email booking.

Once I demonstrated that I did not arrive at an incorrect time, the young female decided to tell me that it wasn’t their fault and that they have terrible online booking software which they have received many complaints about. She then stated again that head office won’t fix it, and it’s not their fault. It’s the system’s fault. I was told to come back in an hour, which I did.

I was then made to justify my appointment time again. The ‘manager’ said she was sorry for my experience and that their online booking system is rubbish.

I had a salon staff member approach me for the treatment and call me by another name. Turns out it wasn’t the right person.

The treatment itself, when it finally occurred, was underwhelming and disappointing. I had already described my massage preferences in my client card but was asked again and had to repeat all of the questions at the start of the treatment.

The therapist was young, and felt very inexperienced. The tranquil experience I had come to know, was not at all tranquil or pleasant.

And as I was departing and ensuring payment for my treatment, I was again called someone else’s name and being charged for someone else’s account.

This was an absolute rubbish, unprofessional and ridiculous experience. Never again, you’ve lost my business.

I go here every month and every time I leave I feel so refreshed, they ladies take such good care and time and effort into making sure you feel comfortable and happy, I definitely refer people to come here

Very friendly staff, very clean environment.
Just not sure if it's worth that much, bit expensive.

My first time experience getting a facial and having it done at Endota Spa today was super relaxing and professional. My therapist today explained everything about the treatments and ensured I had a relaxing time. I can’t wait to go back and start a series from her recommendations! Thankyou Mharian.

It was a beautiful place, very relaxing but before I knew it it was over…I got a facial package, and the girl would put it on my face for a few seconds then would clean it quickly, and again would put some cream on my face then quickly wiped it off. Not even a subtle little soft massage on my face just place and wipe. Part of it was a foot massage, which was barely that the girl just moisturized my legs basically. Very disappointed and now I have a $100 gift card from work for this place and I feel like it’s just such a waste of money for literally someone touching my face and that’s it!

Mikayla was amazing, and she provided me a lot of information about the session prior so I felt at ease going in! I felt completely rejuvinated after the organic relaxation massage, with hot stones. Thank you for the care, service and overall a wonderful experience at Endota Spa Berwick

Staff here are so helpful and caring. To go somewhere that really want to help you understand your skin better and test products on you to see what’s going to work best is such a great service. Always come out feeling so relaxed.
