endota spa Airport West

I’ve always loved Endota spa treatments & regularly purchase vouchers for my friends & work colleagues. I was so excited when I found out endota spa was opening at airport west. I popped in this morning to hopefully get some waxing done or at least get some pricing however I left feeling quite shattered. I was told by the lady there who took a little while to serve me if I wanted any waxing done it’s all booked on line, there’s no price list just a brochure with the QR code but ‘it’s very hard to get an appointment’. I was gobsmacked by this and her lack of customer service. I walked straight to maxi care for the waxing I wanted & they appreciated my business. I don’t think I’ll return to this branch.

Safe to say, this branch has to be the worst of them all. I've personally been to many different locations of Endota Spa and had the best experience till now - Endota Spa Airport west was a very big let down.

My wife was treated very rudely by the so called 'manager' at the Airport West branch, who advised her to 'never bother booking in with Endota Spa Airport West again' for running 5-10 minutes late. Completely understand that running late may impact / delay additional bookings - however mistreating a pregnant woman? Absolutely appalling.

My advise to the staff would be, if you really hate your job that much - best to change careers or find another place to work. These people are really jeopardizing the company name.

Had the most amazing, relaxing, peaceful massage and facial. From the moment we walked into Endota Airport West, it was absolute heaven! Thank you Annie

Was my lucky day to be taken care by Angela, she’s exceptional, I feel i never had such treatment and was that relax during my facial. Unfortunately she’s not their regular staff, just helps to cover another staff, even though I was told all their staff is exceptional.
Really like the treatment, and that they suggest and analyse your skin, I did have last minute change on my treatment and they didn’t have any problem with that even if I booked a different thing.
I’ve done a personalised facial at the end and just loved it

Will definitely be the place I come back. It is pricey comparing to others, but definitely worth it.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Surrender spa treatment and left feeling utterly relaxed. Many thanks to Fara for her expertise. I will be returning!
