Endota spa

I don’t want to share this as everyone will book Elle but everyone needs to know how amazing Elle at Chadstone Endota is. I was lucky enough to have the Rejuvenate treatment which is 2 hours of pure bliss. I travel to Chadstone even though I have closer stores to me but i have always had lovely treatments at Chadstone but Elle is next level. Thank you for making my experience so amazing, I have never felt so relaxed in my life. You can never leave the Chadstone store please and thank you can’t wait to spoil myself again

My partner and I came for a relax express massage session today and we both loved our experience at Endota Chadstone. Thank you Tia and Michelle for your great service!

The treatment I had was nice, and overall i felt quite relaxed. However it was quite different to what I had booked.

The following was part of the description of the treatment but didnt occur:

- Your endota therapist will begin by conducting an assessment to establish your skin needs and recommend the right facial to address your specific concerns

This did not happen at all. I even filled out a form to begin with and the lady didnt look at it until after she had told me what they would be doing. She did ask me if my skin was dry or oily, and then i took it upon myself to explain quite a few concerns with my skin lately and she just said “ok”.

- our professional therapists will analyse your skin using BT Analyse tool to assess water content and hydration levels

I dont think this happened unless she did it without my knowledge. All she told me was that the treatment would be 2 x exfoliation, moisturising and a mask (plus scalp and arm massage)

- Along with a stress-relieving foot and scalp massage

I got the scalp massage which was nice, but no foot massage

- Maintain results post-treatment with a facial treatment plan and your take-home prescription

This did not happen at all. This was the part i was most looking forward to given i was having some difficulties with my skin. It would have been nice to discuss my skin concerns and for the treatment to match them.

In saying that, i really did enjoy the experience, i just wouldnt say i got the full treatment that i paid for really, which is disappointing because i had saved up and treated myself to this after a really rough few months.

I recently had my very first facial with Aimee at ES Chadstone.i booked a high performance intense radiance treatment to start taking care of my skin for better appearance. But I never anticipated such a lovely experience from beginning to end. The quality of service and sweet nature put me at ease, the room ambiance took my mind to another place. Being a naturally tense person with demanding lifestyle, i allowed myself to emerge in this new experience the therapist took me. I put my trust in her hands and it felt amazing, my skin, my glow but most of the serenity and peace I felt at the end. I recommend this treatment no matter what is going on in your life, to take time for yourself.

The masseur was amazing but the room I was in was tiny and the poor lady had to move the bed to enable her to do the massage: (

I went to endota chadstone about a year ago for a chemical peel and absolutely loved it, I had Amy and she was AMAZING. I booked again a couple of days ago for a organic facial and happened to get Amy again. I couldn't recommend her enough! I applaud her knowledge for skincare and remedies to avoid breakouts which my face was in need of. She took the time to explain everything to me, was extremely friendly and I left endota feeling calm with fresh cleansed skin. I will be back for sure.

It took me over 9 mins on the phone to try and make an appointment for waxing. Poor customer service!

Very relaxing, even in a shopping centre! Was able to be in a little quiet and pampering bubble for an hour. Excellent.
Lovely customer service too, very thorough with individual needs and preferences.

I had a hydro microdermabrasion treatment here yesterday and I payed $155. The clinician did miss few parts of my face and I wasn’t satisfied about the result. Clinician didn’t even told me to close the eye before apply mist or before she apply cream or scrub on my face. Totally disappointed and was utter waste of money. I DON’T Recommend this spa centre to anyone for doing hydro microdermabrasion.

I have had two remedial massages with Michelle and she is AMAZING. Do calming, gentle but firm and has been able to soothe my aching muscles from work. Highly recommend!

An absolutely wonderful experience, came away feeling very relaxed. Michelle, my massage therapist had firm, caring hands. Can't wait for the next visit.

Had the worst facial experience ever with J***, she was super rough (pressed so hard on my eyes) and her hands had a very strong garlic smell suffered the whole facial

The staff and experience were lovely, but I have to say that I was pretty disappointed with my massage that I paid $130 for. It seemed like the masseuse was really rushing all of my body, and she didn't really knead me at all, even though I asked for a firm massage. She kind of just quickly rubbed all over me in a choppy motion. It would have been fine had this technique actually worked, but I still have several knots all over my body, and it feels like none of my body, even easy parts, like my feet, were actually worked. Going elsewhere next time.

This endota chadstone has got the most amazing and welcoming team. The place is clean and puts their clients first with amazing staff treatments. Do yourself a favour and give it a go!

Booked a detox spa for 12: 15 pm last Friday, the day before. Was informed of the cancellation policy which I am fine with. I came to Chadstone an hour before my appointment and 15 minutes before my appointment was due to start, I have arrived as instructed. Was told my appointment is cancelled due to therapist being stuck in freeway, and offered no compensation whatsoever. If I can't make it in 24 hours you will charge 50% of treatment fee whereas to cancel someone who has made time for the treatment 15 minutes before appointment is rather disappointing and very unprofessional. Absolutely terrible, DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Can't recommend clove & mint recovery balm enough. Chronic back pain and this gives me instant relief. Thank you Endota

Even though girls a are very nice it's just a multinational company with standard answers. Support the smaller businesses that support the local communities.

A very serene place to have some pampering and self care. Yvette gave me a beautiful facial and blissful massage. DeeVAAARN!
