We had booked an appointment for two that had been forgotten when we arrived! We were then put first on the waiting list and after two days we got at least one appointment for one person. This appointment was canceled again in the morning because the therapist was ill. We then wrote a detailed email to management. This email has not been answered to date. It makes me so angry that a company is so incompetent and has so little interest in its customers. This is really outrageous. Next time I'll look for a small, individually run spa that really cares about its customers.

Very poor customer service from the moment we walked in (staff happily chatting away about computer issues while we were standing right in front of them being ignored). Neither myself or my partner were super happy with our treatments either, pretty sad considering we spent over $600 there. Won’t be returning not only here, but to any Endota if this is the standard they are putting out. Extra star because the facial was the only part of the treatment I really enjoyed, the rest of the treatment was sadly not up to the standards to justify the price point.

My husband got my daughter and I a voucher and we booked a mother daughter went spa treatment and the service was amazing! From booking the appointment, to being greeted upon arrival to all the help after our treatments. Esther was incredible and truly cared what she did and her massage was unbelievable! Seriously best spa experience I’ve had!

Got a really good remedial massage. Both the person at reception and the therapist were really nice and engaging. I’ll come back for sure.

So pre paid customers with gift cards, that my family or friends pre paid (PAID IN ADVANCE) if you dumb enough to comprehend (hundreds of dollars), can’t be used on public holidays but post paid customers can have treatment on these days? Seriously? Unjustifiable and plain greedy. Should pay me interest on that money. Would have been better in the bank. Asked my friends and family member NEVER to purchased another gift card again from this place. Dear Endota Spa management, using cash to treat someone to a treatment is simply tacky, hence the gift card.
Clearly no idea about etiquette, bonton or anything in that fashion.

I booked had a massage and was excited for some much needed pampering though unfortunately it was possibly one of the worst massages I’ve had. Customer service was excellent, facilities great and the therapist lovely, though the massage terrible. I’m not sure if the therapist was new though it felt clunky and like it was being completed by a trainee. For the price I would’ve expected far more.

Lovely service and a good quality remedial massage with the right amount of pressure. Worth the money!

My sister booked an organic facial for the two of us for my birthday. My therapist was Esther, she was fantastic, very considerate, gave a great massage, and overall a great Endota experience. Thank you! Would come back in next time I am in town.

My therapist "Rhi" gave me a day I won't ever forget. 100/100 for absolute perfection. She is a goddess. I had the "Immerse" treatment. It's worth saving for instead of seperate treatments. I still feel the effects as I have a condition called essential tremor. The 3.5hrs of scrub, massage, facial and foot bath was glorious and so calming to my mind and body. Absolutely on cloud nine and very grounded. Thankyou.

Amazing customer service and therapies! Fit us in on short notice for a couple's massage on our anniversary and we're very understanding when we got stuck in traffic and were late. Highly recommend!

Weeks ago my sister and I had booked a 1 hour massage and a 30 minute facial for 2 people. When we arrived yesterday morning the receptionist said the service had only been booked for 1 person, not 2. So we could only have a 50 minute massage each as they were booked out. The massage was no different to what you would get at a walk in place for half the price. All elbows, so brutal and not relaxing or elevated which is what you would expect from an Endota. Wouldn’t recommend.

I booked for 90 mins massage but service only took 60 mins or even less. Also, the lady did not put any strength at all. Very dissappointing for the price of almost $150 I paid for. I won't be coming back anymore.

The best treatment I’ve ever received in Melbourne CBD! The staff (Pru) was lovely, the place was fantastic, and the scrub and massage was one of the best I’ve had.

The receptionist was rude when we raised our issue she just move me and my partner on and said they would deal with the problem the next day. The service itself was good but this left a sour taste and will not be returning back.

Cancelled my appointment last minute on my special day since staff was sick. Surprised that a place like Endota don’t have back up staff.

The absolute best spray tan. Prue did an amazing job and I won’t go to anyone else now. Highly recommend.

AWFUL, AVOID, RUDEST AND MOST DISRESPECTFUL STAFF EVER - Worst customer service ever, avoid this place - I cannot think of a worse spa experience ever, rude staff on reception - late without notifying client - reception staff shambolic, arrogant, aggresive, disrespectful, argumentative, ignorant, lying, disrespectful - this place doesn't treat customers well or professionally - avoid, do not recommend, go somewhere where the staff are friendly, polite and service minded. I will never go back to Endota Spa.

Had a $125 ‘deep recovery massage’ mid December. Had never been to that particular Endota before this visit. Filled in all the paperwork (sore points, ares I wanted concentration on, said I wanted to discuss skincare etc).

The therapist did not refer to the paperwork at all and asked me what pressure I would like to which I responded ‘firm’. The therapist said I ‘can’t do firm’. I was cold during the treatment and asked about the products she was using to which she responded ‘I don’t know’. It was terrible and a waste of money. Really disappointed. I gave feedback immediately after and asked for a call back - still waiting…. I won’t go back.

Convinced the woman at the front desk is a bit of a racist. The masseuse was lovely but they’ve been trained not to go past a type of firmness that you would associate with a deep tissue massage. Go to an Asian spot instead. I arrived a few minutes late and my massage was cut short. Bit of a scam
