Had an amazing massage experience with Phil. I highly recommend his service. He is very knowledgeable and in depth with his remedial massage, definitely felt difference afterwards. Looking forward to my trip back.

The actual massage was really good however the organisation around it was haphazard - receiving different massages (we asked for 30 minute express and were booked in for 60 minute massage) to what was requested on the phone, appointment times changing, and when the mistakes were highlighted to the staff we received no apology; we were just blamed for the mistake. Customer service leaves something to be improved.
