I had Jess and she was just absolutely amazing. I got gifted the surrender package and it was so so good! I highly recommend Jess. She knows what she’s doing and took all my knots out! I feel like a brand new person!

I had a massage, facial and a pedicure at Endota in Southland. The massage and the facial were great and I’d definitely go back for those. I would not recommend the pedicure, my toe nails were cut way too short which is painful, my nail polish I had on before wasn’t taken off and they painted on top so they are all lumpy. I also had nail polish all around my toes.

I had a remedial massage with Jessie. What can I say. It was the best massage I've ever had. The experience was sublime. Jessie massages with her entire being. Her kindness and care transfers from here entire being to you. Every moment completely focused and infused with a multi sensory experience that leaves you exhilarated. I truly am struggling to find the words to describe this beautiful and rare soul. Her ability to skillfully massage you precisely as you have requested in such a whole way is rare and precious. This wasn't just a massage it was pure love applied through her blessed hands to you. I will see you again dear Jessie. Thank you team Endota Southland.

Worst eyebrow wax and tint I have ever had. Should have stuck to threading for half the price. Do not go here for eyebrows.

One star is for customer service. I ended up telling them I'll go to another store as I have a gift voucher.

I had a surrender package done today, and was just what I need, they were all very welcoming as soon as you walk though the wooden door, I enjoyed every 75 mins of my treatment, will be definitely going back

I had an amazing experience today. Jess was so lovely, I loved treatment I got, my skin looks so refreshed, will definitely be back for another session of intense new age treatment

I had a calming experience initially and the lady that I had was lovely however, I found that it was just a rub and didn’t focus on areas that I specified. She was coughing and blowing her nose which ruined the mood. I’m quite disappointed considering how much it costs compared to what I received. I also only received 45 minutes of my massage which I was also disappointed by. Any way that this could be rectified?

Today I had the most amazing experience at endota southland with Tara.
My bf booked me in for a 2 hour rejuvenating treatment.
My experience started with a very warm welcome and a cup of tea.
I was shortly taken to my treatment room by Tara and explained everything I would be having today.
I was made to feel so comfortable and was told at anytime I could speak up if the pressure wasn’t right or I wasn’t comfortable.
Tara was so professional and took great care to make sure I was relaxed.
My massage was hands down the best I’ve ever had and my facial was so relaxing.
I was so upset to keep falling asleep during my treatment as I did not want to miss a moment.
I highly recommend this package and highly recommend Tara.

I had an unpleasant experience prior to my massage today. The team were really lovely and made sure my next experience was really relaxing and beneficial.
I was treated by Megan, she was wonderful. Really attentive, massage technique was perfect. I came into the massage sore from the previous one I had and left my massage with Megan feeling so much better and more comfortable in my body. I felt like my massage and overall wellbeing was important to Megan and not just a part of her work day.
I will definitely be booking in with Megan again!

Possibly the worst attempt at a deep tissue massage I e e we had… just my experience though.

My wife's appointment was cancelled by endota spa the night before as the employee was injured. My wife had arranged her whole day around this appointment so she had a day wasted. Surely endota spa could offer some sort of "bonus" or inducement to reschedule but they were very unprofessional in their manner. They have lost a prospective regular customer. Pathetic.

Called up with a query, spoke to Claire just now who was absolutely amazing and conducted some research and called me straight back with an answer to my query on essential oils being pet safe.

Cannot recommend this Endota Spa enough!
I had a series of facials with Alessia, she is by far the best beautician I have ever had. She is just so lovely, professional, knows exactly what she's doing and is able to guide you with any concerns you might have. Every facial has been so relaxing, and my skin has been amazing after every treatment. Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else now.:)

Really disappointed with this place my girlfriend booked a relaxed express message, where she filled out the
forum for her hip not to be touched due to chronic pain. The person performing the message decided the dig her knuckles into her hip obviously not reading the sheet.

It’s simply too expensive, I had $100 voucher so I booked in for what I assumed was an hour of remedial massage. It turned out to be 40 minutes of massage as the remedial set up is a 50 minute session with a 10 minute consult. After putting in my $25 at the end it was a grand total of $125 for a 40 minute massage.first world problems - but the 40 minute massage was not worth $125.

Booked In for facial. Was not asked once if I was comfortable, warm, cold and the exfoliant was barely wiped off my face. It felt like she did not really know what she was doing and way too long with the jade roller. Also the check in can be done via email prior not in the waiting room. Way too many questions and does not add to the experience at all. Follow what most allied health do and send the pre questionnaire prior to appt. Not value for money in my mind.
