I personally would not recommend - main reasons are system issues, very long delays to process requests and inconsistent information provided by my advisor.

My super was transferred from Hostplus to the BT panorama platform that Endorphin use. From the very beginning there were system issues and very long delays. I received inconsistent timeframes about how long transactions would take and my super made a loss, had I stayed with hostplus I would have had a profit.

Eventually after about a year having Endorphin manage the money I decided to exit. One month later I am still following up to try to get my money out. After making the decision to leave Endorphin my financial advisor washed his hands of my account. I’m at the point where I’ll need to lodge an ombudsman complaint to get the remainder of my money back.

Highly recommend Alex! He's been patient and answered any questions I've had. I made it clear this was quite a big commitment on my part and he's been honest and reassuring the entire way. It's more than just investing and I would definitely encourage anyone who's ready to set themselves up for financial success to consider Alex from Endorphin Wealth.
