Had full body massage with male
During the massage he pressed so hard and damage my leg muscles.

Could not walk after that

Asked why did he do that? Lady on counter took her bag and walked out and talking loudly on phone in Chinese that I can understand anyway, and she said I call security, I said do you want number?

Security came and took me on wheelchair because after he damage my muscle couldn’t walk.

Checked in hospital today
They said during the massage, muscle has been cracked

I need to have to go for X-ray
Then they decide.

What is this place?

Why management don’t shut down this place?

Why uneducated people playing with other people’s health?

Me as a healthy person come on foot and gone out on wheelchair.

Normally, I can’t be bothered wasting my time writing up a review, but I strongly felt that the public should know of my experience.

Today, 8th September 2022,11am, booked a back and leg deep tissue massage.

Older male massage therapist started back massage. Pressure was 1/10, basically just rubbing lots of oil over skin. I asked to target deeper muscles (“stronger please”, because he spoke extremely limited English). No change.

So then I politely asked him to massage legs, hoping I might get better pressure in leg area.
Therapist sighed, mumbling to himself. He did not show any effort, interest, or enthusiasm.
Leg massage was the same.

Basically just a skin rub with oil.

After getting dressed, he asked me “have you seen my phone”. I relied no.
Then he quickly became rattled, and asked to check my pockets, for his phone.

When I said I didn’t see his mobile phone (in my mind, I’m thinking.he shouldn’t have his mobile phone in the therapy room in the first place.anyway.)

Then he said. Stay here (waiting room), and he went back into rooms to search.other 2 customers in waiting area also seem shocked at this unusual conversation…

So basically, long story short, not only was the massage completely useless, lacking any interest or effort, and a waste of time…

I was accused by the massage therapist of theft…

I paid $40 for a foot massage and all I got for 30 minutes was the lady tickling my feet. Disgusting service.

Worst service ever. The lady with the bang at the front counter was so rude. They denied the service and wanted us to pay cash even if we were already there before they close they insisted they cannot give service without paying cash for the reason that they already closed the counter and she is arguing back instead of apologising.

Absolutely disgusting my partner can’t wear a mask due to medical reasons but is triple vaccinated and takes tests every couple of days too sure she’s Covid negative but was denied service even though they had a sign on the door saying not wearing masks was okay if exception
Refused to give us a refund for the voucher that we had so we can go
Was extremely rude and wouldn’t get us someone who was in charge

Absolutely distraught. I can’t wear a mask due to medical reasons. I received a massage voucher for Christmas and really needed it, this young lady who was massaging someone else served me and denyed me service even though I have a exception. I asked for a refund for the voucher, as they didn’t state they were denying people. She refused and started to raise her voice saying she was busy. We just got ended up leaving. So disgusted.

Full body massage - painful whilst getting the massage, left and cannot move. Have a sore back - would not recommend.

Asked for a full body massage and my lady only worked on my back. Instead of apologizing the ladies at the counter kept making excuses as to why they decided to ignore the customers request. Worst massage I have ever received and definitely will not be returning

Not exactly top shelf or super relaxing massage but it's kinda typical of these shopping center massage places. Doubt I'd go back to this one, though.

This is my first and last visit. Waste of time and money. I don’t think the owner reads these reviews so no hope for improvement.

Good massage. They have loyalty cards so you can get either $5 after your 5th visit or $10 after 10 visits

First time visiting. Absolutely loved the massage to get rid of my headache. Worked well. I look forward to visiting again.

Bad experienced for the body massage, unsatisfied for the whole servie, this is my first time to visit this place and i never come back again

Not bad, busy place. Most of the massuers are good but I've also had a few lazy masseurs as well.

The absolute worst massage I’ve ever received! So unprofessional and clearly had no idea what they were doing! I’ve now left with a sore back and I absolutely hated the whole experience! Felt so painful and rushed and like the woman had no experience or professional skills what so ever! Never going there again!

No privacy just curtains, a girl entered my place twice without asking for permission twice!
It's so dark and ugly place with no even any scent!
Towels are dark and there was no light at that day!
Noise coming from outside
I paid for hot stones which I didn't feel them!
I will never go again even it is free!

No enclosed area, do they expect people to strip off in public? Unnecessarily rude female staff member who got offended when I said it needed to be more private and she started sniggering. Claim on the spot healthcare fund rebate but they couldn't even process it. Plenty of better massage places in this centre, wont be bothering with this one again.

Horrible experience felt like the people there had no idea what they where doing and left more tight and sore than when first coming in. Would not recommend
