The worst business ever dealt with, fake promises and worst customer service.do not get in a contract, visit masterpools instead

Be very, very careful. Amazing showroom and promises, but they won’t follow through. Really poor after sales service. Despite installing the pool following all specifications and engineering requirements, it warped noticeably. Have spent 18 months trying to resolve this. Despite all of the fantastic advertising they received from our pool winning swim spa of the year, they have failed to communicate appropriately, or resolve the warped pool. As of recent months, they have simply not responded.

We recently had a pool and spa combination installed by Endless Pools and Spas and I can highly recommend them. Great price, service and support, couldn’t be happier. Special shout out to Rachel, Shane and of course the lovely Cristina - thanks for everything team!

The worst company to have ever dealt with in the business. We have paid our deposit and with the sales representative”Trent” which he said from the very first interaction that this will lock in the price and moving forward we need to let them know when the house will be finalised which we then agreed to go ahead. We have updated him along the way and for us to receive an email from Cristina to say otherwise and they will not give the original price. All along the way nothing but waste of time, money and have no clue about the industry. I do NOT recommend this “family business” to anyone. Seek alternatives, do not go with endless pools and spa and I will be making sure to take this further.

My future wife and I met on a BIG RIDE in the year 2000, from Tweed Heads to Sydney. Both loving our cycling and being in our 50's at that time we thought a great present to ourselves for our future wedding would be a "swim-spa".
We had seen them advertised on TV and rather than just sitting in lots of bubbles the fact that we could stretch out and cool down at the same time, after a ride and without having to maintain a full swimming pool and its construction was the go.
We had seen a pool and spa shop on the road into our nearest town on the north coast NSW.
Without having done much research and our wedding approaching, we ventured into the display area to be quickly confronted by a salesman who showed us a similar size spa on display. Being worried about delivery times he explained he could order a brand new spa and have it delivered and craned-in to our site in our time frame.
The crane then arrived and positioned itself in order to lift over the roof and onto the concrete slab we had constructed out the back. Passing over our heads and above our house we noticed water showering down and as it lowered much of the cardboard wrapping was seen to be second-hand and Texta marks on the pipes indicating water leaks.
I immediately fronted the salesman with his crew of merry men
and yelled at him suggesting that this was the demonstration one we had seen at the shop which probably hosted the local bikies Christmas party.
His comment to me was, "Don't worry mate, I'll give you a full warrantee" My future wife and I were dismayed that anyone could do this. I then contacted the owner of the shop who was unaware of what his salesman had done to us and he returned my deposit immediately.
Some time later we travelled to Melbourne for a mate's 50th birthday and I suggested we find Endless Spas and have a look. On finding the showroom we ventured in and met Warren Anderson. After conveying our experience to Warren he then informed us he was the owner of Endless Spas and could not believe that someone in his industry would do that to any prospective customers. He then explained that his spas were equipped with Australian Davey hardware unlike our original purchase all being imported from American.
Warren then added that he would bare the extra costs of freight from Melbourne and the crane as well as beating the price of the American spa we were taken for a ride with.
Thank you for your honesty and generosity Warren which has given us so much enjoyment over the last 18 years with our Endless Spa and thankyou to your staff who are always so helpful when needed.

After doing all the research on what spa to buy, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else. Combining the knowledge, level of quality of their products and the after purchase service, I would highly recommend a spa from Endless!

We would love to thank the entire team at Endless Pools and Spas for helping create our dream pool area in our backyard. From start to finish the process has been amazing.

We were impressed with the knowledge they all have of their products and service, but also the pride they take when talking about it. We were pleasantly happy to hear independent installers and tradesmen all comment on the quality of the endless pool shells and the superior finish.

When the pool shell arrived we were blown away by the superior quality of the fibre glass, even to our untrained eyes we could tell how strong and sturdy the shell is over other shells we had seen when shopping around.

From sales to service, accounts to projects and install we could not fault the experience we had with endless. Thanks for everything!

The communication was first rate. Our pool was delivered on time and on budget.

The spa pool Installation process began in Jan 21 and has just finished November 21. The swim spa product is good quality, as is the equipment provided. Pricing is high, as therefore there is high expectation for the finished product. The physical installation of the pool by endless spas recommended builder was skillfull and well executed.

The installation of the pumping and heating was not compliant with the building code, and corrective work had to be done.

Entering into the construction you get very little support from endless to navigate a difficult permit and approval process. The customer support could be significantly improved by offering a comprehensive service to supply and build the pool and manage the permit process.

Just wanted to mention the fantastic after sales service from Endless team. Trusting our instincts to go with a family owned Australian business certainly paid off. And the product is excellent as well.
