Terrible service. I booked a bond clean and it was confirmed for the 25th at 9am and 41 minutes after they were meant to arrive and 2 phone calls to the office where I was told the cleaner was 'around the corner' I was informed via a simple text message that they were sick and were no longer coming leaving me high and dry.
Completely unprofessional, would not recommend to my worst enemy. Use this company only if you like being let down.

One of my renters used this company and the cleaning done was sub-standard. We have been trying to contact them for two weeks to get them to rectify the issues (toilet not clean, floors not clean, splashback not clean, stove not clean etc) and no-one is responding. Please do not use these cleaners!

Got my apartment cleaned for end of lease, cleaner was clear with communication on arrival, was able to do the job on Sunday and on his own with good results

I am so glad that I found them! They offer the best house cleaning service in Melbourne, and they are incredibly affordable. They come to your home every week and do a thorough job. The first time they came, they were able to get rid of all the dirt and stains on my walls. I've never been so happy with a service before!

I cannot believe how unhappy I am with this company. I am beyond frustrated at myself for not checking the reviews before booking. They do NOT provide a deep clean or an end of lease clean. I would NEVER suggest using these cleaning services, to ANYONE.

I am intrigued to see the effort put into to the response of this review. Reading through other negative reviews and the responses from the company, I think they should spend more time training their cleaners, being honest with extra fees, and actually providing end of lease cleans than wasting time defending their poor service online.

Reality: be worried. They do not do proper deep cleans.
On website: “All Our end of lease cleaning prices include, all labour charges, chemical & equipment cost. No hidden or extra costs”
Reality: if you want a proper clean, you will have to pay extra.extra costs include: cleaning cupboards - inside and out, cleaning blinds, actually spending the appropriate time on cleaning the walls.

The inside of the oven was cleaned, however the outside of the oven was not. The stovetop was not. The rangehood was still dirty. The fan was still dirty.

The walls were not cleaned, they were wiped down. When I asked why they said ‘they didn’t want to leave marks on the walls using incorrect chemicals’. If they are a proper end of lease cleaning company, why do the cleaners not know which chemicals to use to clean walls appropriately? They left marks all over the walls that I myself had to go over and clean, and COULD clean, with a little bit of scrubbing and WITHOUT ‘appropriate cleaning substances’. They left the blue tack on the walls and cleaned over the top instead of removing it.

Really fantastic team I was sent. Came home and felt I had walked home into a hotel with the finishing touches the cleaners made on my place. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with you guys. The service was impeccable, the staff were friendly and professional, they did everything they could to make my house look amazing. Also, the price was so affordable! I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional cleaning service.

DO NOT BOOK - TOTAL SCAM. Not worth even the one star review they have. Sohail and Ahmed were doing the cleaning. Extremely unprofessional and unwilling to do any kind of quality work. Regret not checking reviews prior to booking.

Terrible customer service. They cancelled our booking the day before and offered no assistance or remedy. The man I spoke to on the phone was rude. Do not use this company.

The website offers a '100% quality service guaranteed'. The only thing you are guaranteed is a useless service and no offer to remedy. The cleaners failed to do a proper job twice, and then when i called to ask them to come back again to do it properly, I was told 'it is not possible'. Avoid them - do not use under any circumstances.

*Addressing the company reply below - all of this could be avoided if the company did the job properly in the first place. A shame they don't put as much effort into their cleaning as they do their review replies. *

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

My housemate and I booked this company to do an end-of-lease clean. The initial cleaner - who arrived late - did an unbelievably poor job. Tiled floors left grubby, skirting boards not cleaned, kitchen left grubby and - worst of all - created NEW stains on the carpets they were supposed to clean. Here’s a detailed breakdown provided by the real estate agent:

- Carpet stains to be removed
- Downstairs windows have not been cleaned
- Venetian blinds to kitchen have not been cleaned
- Tiled floors downstairs have not been cleaned well
- Splash back and oven have been cleaned but seem to have been wiped with a grimy cloth leaving smears / streaks
- Skirting boards pretty much all through have not been dusted
- Rear bedroom window frames to be wiped – the black marks easily come off
- Rear ensuite fan needs to have cover removed and cleaned
- Front bedroom ensuite needs IXL lamp dusted
- Front bedroom air con filters to be cleaned
- Louvres to shutters front bedroom to be dusted

We contacted the company with these items and after several attempts, they responded to our requests and agreed to return to do the job properly. Different cleaners – three this time - returned to address the issues identified and, once again, the property was left dirty, the stains caused by the initial cleaner not removed, and in fact NEW stains had been caused on another section of carpet.

Understandably the real estate was once again not pleased with the standard of the end of lease clean. Here’s the second list of things done poorly, which we forwarded onto the company to rectify as per their 100% satisfaction guarantee:

- Upstairs bedroom carpet stain
- Downstairs living room carpet stain
- Flooring throughout is quite dirty however in particular the kitchen
- Skirting are still dusty
- Kitchen blinds still dusty
- Laundry sink stained
- Upstairs shower grimy

By this point 4 cleaners had come through the property, and it STILL wasn’t done properly. After emails and several phone calls were ignored we finally got in touch with them over the phone and they now refuse to finish the job/fix the damage they caused or give us our money back. In fact, after proposing these option my housemate was hung up on.

After paying over $500, we’re now going to lose some of our bond as the real estate agent now has to arrange a competent cleaning company to finish the job.

Tell everyone you know this company is completely inept and are not to be trusted. The only thing they are good at, it seems, is to scam people out of their money.

We recently hired these people to do an end of lease deep clean and what a disappointment. I regret not looking at the reviews before booking them. My mistake. They first arrived 30 minutes late without any apologies. Then had a look around the house and then ask for more than what was originally quoted without explanation as to why it would cost more. It took 3 guys four hours to do more of a quick surface cleaning than a end of lease deep cleaning. When they left I had to spend an extra hour to go over and do some cleaning myself. They quickly dusted the bottom wall trims rather than actually washing them. The kitchen backsplash was also left dirty, etc.

! Poor service all-round. Avoid at all cost!

Paid extra for cleaning as soon as they arrived onsite, ended up paying almost double the original quoted price, they then left many things not completed that are required for bond like washing walls and causing bond to be withheld even after 2nd visit to supposedly rectify and then ignored our calls to cleaner, coordinator and customer support. Not recommended.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS

1. Cleaner didn’t show up when arranged and all numbers were going to voicemail (both cleaner and company)
2. Finally sent an alternative cleaner 5 hours late
3. Cleaning was substandard, dust everywhere, oven and range hood not cleaned at all
4. Real Agent did not pass, tried to contact Austral who denied the bond guarantee was their responsibility and pushed us back to the cleaner, cleaner named Sohail 0448 442 701would not pickup phone
5. Ended up having to clean ourselves to rescue our bond
