I booked for end of lease cleaning and carpet steam clean to be done and on the day they call saying the cleaner had a car accident. Then I ask what time suits them to come clean the place he said he can come 6am the next day. He messaged me 20mins prior to say that he would not be able to do the job in the morning. DO NOT BOOK THESE PPL. You should be ashamed of yourself for lying about the car accident. Why have a cleaning business. UNRELIABLE COMPANY WASTE OF TIME!
