Beautiful store and such a gem for Williamstown. The range is incredible and the lady that owns the store (sorry I’m terrible with names) is always so helpful. Highly recommend a visit - my son and nephew love everything I’ve bought them from Enchanted Years

Incredible customer service!
We were so impressed by the level of customer service we received from Laura, it needed a 5 star review (and I rarely give reviews). We purchased a toy online, but when we received it there must have been a warehouse error and some parts of the set were missing. When we contacted Laura, she really went above and beyond to ensure we got the full set promptly. Thank you for making our little one (and our) isolation period a little more bearable! We love supporting local businesses, and this one really is a gem.

We love visiting this store! The staff are always so polite and helpful. Everything we’ve purchased from here is reasonably priced considering the quality of the product. So pleased to live close by and send all the grandparents / great grandparents in here for my daughter’s gifts. If only they had a website with a wish list option for family to visit so there’s no double ups, usually not an issue with big box retail, but with these products - they last so long there’s no need to swap out with a new one! Love love love

My nieces & nephews insist on visiting Enchanted Years anytime they have a sleep over. Sometime I even buy them a treat but even if I don’t we’re always made to feel welcome. Can’t wait to come back …. As soon as I organise another sleepover for the kiddos

This is my go-to store for children’s gifts. I’ve always found lovely unique items and never left empty handed. The staff are so friendly and welcoming without being overbearing; it really feels homely.

Love this shop for kids of all ages. Laura is helpful in offering recommendations for age-specific gifts. She also sells (and fits!) kids shoes which is great! A jewel in Williamstown's collection of local, independent businesses.

Started frequenting this shop over ten years ago (when it was based on the other side of the road).
Have purchased so many amazing gifts for others, and our own child, over the years. Loving the fact there are more unique and better quality items. Noting that I always prefer to shop local and independent than online and huge chains.
Our ongoing patronage was rewarded by the Enchanted Years team, with free delivery, during the many a frequent lockdown, here in Melbourne! Oh and I do do love the free gift wrapping…. Don’t get that in many other toy shops these days.

Great product range, lovely friendly place to shop. My kid loves wandering around and checking it all out. Also perfect place for when you’re in need of inspiration for a gift as they stock such a variety of products.

Good Store for classic toys. Have been going to the store for a few years to purchase toys. Having said this, the owner/operators of the store are not very pleasant. We often disregard this as we come for the toys which often cost quite a bit. On Sunday, we went to the store and the store staff told my daughter off for picking up the a toy and playing with it. Do you realise it's a toys store for kids and kids generally like to play with toys? If you would like to keep your store like a museum, perhaps re-think your model. With this attitude towards your customers that are locals and support your business, to keep you operating and not to go bust you wont remain in business for long. We will never walk in to your store again and I'll make sure all of our friends are aware of what to expect. To other parents, if you wish to go in, makes sure your kids are in the pram and don't touch anything, otherwise you will get similar treatment. Quite frankly you can purchase the same toys online at a cheaper price. Good Luck to your store!

Fantastic kids shop, fun and cheerful atmosphere & easy vibes when shopping. The lady who served us made us laugh and was very pleasant great selection of Brio trains for my son, the visit really made his day
