ENAK by Nelayan reviews
20Been trying pretty much Indonesian restaurants. Not gonna lie, this is one of the most authentic, food was really good and the staff also friendly. Definitely will come back for sure!
Talking about the food here, it's undoubtable. All of the dishes I tried are delicious and come in a good portion. The Nasi Padang, is legit and satisfying and it runs by the famous Nelayan restaurant.
Enak by Nelayan however, serves more of a casual and more practical one. Located in the heart of the city, this restaurant is easily accessed. I would say this is such a good place to have a quick meals, as the food are readily served.
I am very satisfied eating at Enak. And want to invite friends to taste Indonesian cuisine. Anyway, “Great”
We had soto betawi, soda gembira, Avocado smoothie, and gado-gado rice bowl. Speaking as an Indonesian, this is place it legit. The flavour reminded me of home. Too bad there isn't anything like this on the Gold Coast. Definitely enak!
Lovely experience, with amazing service! Will definitely be back the food was so so delicious
Our first time eating in Enak by Nelayan night. Food is amazingly good and authentic. Service is very good. Tania is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable on the menus. Definitely will return and highly recommend.
Yummy and authentic Indonesian food. There were many dishes to choose from that I hadn’t seen at other Indonesian restaurants. The staff were tentative and checked in on how our meals were. Yummy smoothies to choose from too.
A new restaurant by Nelayan, located just opposite QV. We ordered sop buntut bakar ($26.50) and soto betawi ($17). We love both of our meals. Authentic flavours and the presentation of the dishes are also on point. Plus, the waiter that served us was very friendly and attentive. Will be back to try more of the menu!
Great service! The food is good as well The food portion was big as well for me hahaha Anyway, will definitely come back again recommended!
We had a delicious Indonesian meal at ENAK! The deep fried slow cooked duck dish was mine and my husband’s fave - crispy skin, tender meat with sambal that had a kick! Our children enjoyed the noodles with wontons. A great meal for the whole fam we will definitely be back next time we are in Melbourne!
2nd Time Having Our Dinner Here.its the first time for us in Melbourne.love the sop buntut bakar, nasi goreng kecombrang and especially the es teler! Superb for everything and staff is so friendly!
This is the best foreign food I've ever had! Highly recommended as a must-have in Melbourne.
Great food and excellent dining experience! Chill was as spicy as i wanted, highly recommend this noodle for anyone who wants some spicy food!
It was nice but its a lil bit salty for us:) other than that is good and really good to have dinner/lunch with your friends:)
I ordered Mie Curry enak…. The curry was nice. I like the curry combine with chicken geprek. The best curry in town! Y’ll should try!
Very authentic indonesian food with HUGE portion and extra friendly service.would highly recommend for any special ocation or a casual eat out with your family
Interesting new menu and many to chose from kitchen as well from the bain-marie. Ordered the fried duck and love it, tasty and the sambal really kicked in too. The staff also friendly. Overall was a very good experience. Will come again soon, thank you ENAK:)
Ordered Ayam Geprek salted egg rice bowl. Rice bowl had amazing fried crunchy chicken and the salted egg sauce is amazing too. Together, the crunchy chicken and the salted egg sauce pair really well and it was really tasty.the price is pretty affordable
Decent Indonesian food, almost taste authentic. Ordered bain marie, with kikil, rendang, and ayam bakar and very happy with the taste. Their sate ayam tasted good too, the only thing is their sambel matah is a bit too much oil in it. But definitely will come back to try their other menu.
My first time visiting this newly opened restaurant. The service is really great. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me really well. Shout out to one of the staff, Gilang, who is very friendly and genuine.
I ordered the black ink squid - it's okay but not mind blowing. Since the place is new, I think the food still has room for improvement. I will probably come back to try the other food.
