Emrem Kebabs

I should not have not have gone through with purchase. As soon as I saw the inside of this store I new I wouldn’t enjoy it. It is dirty, and needs a whole refurb. Floors tables and glass all need a really good clean. I can only image what that back and cooking area was like.
I ordered online two meat and salad packs. Salad consists of lettuce tomato and onion, looked like it was old. I think meat was from night before leftovers. It was small little pieces and was awful. Save your money and maybe even your health.

Went here at night after work to get a Lamb kebab but when I got home a took a bite, straight away I could tell that the meat wasn’t fresh and was most likely kept in a warmer for hours as it was dry.

I ended up only taking a few bites before I stopped and not surprised at all when my stomach started to play up.

Sadly over the years the food quality of this place has deteriorated but the price keeps going up, won’t be coming back here anymore.

Ordered chicken hsp and the bbq sauce was disgusting and the chips were so salty that we couldn't even eat it. I would give them 0 star if it was possible.

Had many orders that have been wrong normally not adding sauce or cheese. They have been extremely rude in the past, not taking orders just on their phone standing there. This time is the last straw. Ordered lamb and got chicken. Regular HSP $21…. Have been a customer for decades and will never be going back. Would honestly recommend 7/11 if this is the only option

Worst experience ever.
I didn't know that you pay for chicken kebab and get only chicken skin until I ordered from this shop. It used to be good but I think its under new management.

Just Don't waste your money here unless you love chicken skin at the price of chicken kebab.

All i can say is wow what a waste of money! The meat is literally raw and same goes with the chips. I still dont understand why is this businesss still running.

Honestly the best HSP out there BUT god I took my mates there to show them and the girls their had attitude no real care to serve customers, I could careless about a smile but blank faces like I’m the employee and I’m serving them lmao.

The food was horrible extra hot meat that tasted okay with disgustingly soggy chips. I’m not sure why you would serve such soggy chips? People are not in a rush if they know the quality of the food.

Bad experience won’t be coming here for another year or two.

Also to add is it that hard to wipe your tables down? WE LITERALLY HAD TO ASK FOR A CLOTH and they warmed it up and GAVE IT TO US TO CLEAN OUR OWN TABLE.

I dont know what is wrong with this place eveytime i order here why do they get it wrong. Why do they even bother to write on kebab wraper dry meat today and under cooked chicken etc

Emrem Kebabs is downright the 'Best' solid HSP & Kebabs spot down South East. Secondly followed by Chicken & Kebabs spot next to Hallam Hungry Jacks I think spot called Chicken’N’Delish…

Didn't go in with super high expectations late at night but really didn't think the experience would be as dismal as it was.

I Was stared at by 3 not remotely busy at all staff members & ignored as they continued talking & laughing.

I Had made a phone order before entering which was ignored,

Now here's the best part.the food (if you would call that)
A Soggy messy small portioned parcel of junk.
Hopefully it was just a bad day for these guys, I personally won't be coming back

Keep your wife at home because it gives trouble to others, it is not suitable to work in the store because it spoils too much and gives trouble to customers (ennoying!)

Service too slow.food can vary depends who is working on the day.my last visit they forgot to add sauce in all 4 kebab!

Used to be a 5 stars kebab, but unfortunately now the service is really bad. Hope they change and hire professional staff.

I use to rate this kabab place 4 stars. But now only 1 star. Why? Because last 3 times.

First, online/call order will never get done as they say. Call in at 9: 30pm. They said will be done by 9: 50pm. Guess what? I got my food at 10: 26pm.

Second, it is over price. Ordered the same as last week for $22.50 but this week $29.50 less food.
Order the same but will get LESS FOOD and MORE EXPENSIVE by $7.

If you can, don't ever go there.

The new management is very disrespectful and the stuff were laughing loud and they couldn’t even take their time to take the order. The chicken kebab wasn’t cooked properly.

The staff at the place is absolutely disgusting and their attitude stinks.bring back the old management

Please don't go there u have to wait 30 minutes f just for hsp the workers has no idea what they are doing

Worst place to go to. First off the lady on the phone was so rude to me and answered my call just to say “call back in 5 min” and hangs up on me. I call back in 5 min and place my order and let her know that I’ll be there in 20-25 min to pick it up. (Mind you this was around 2am after my partner had just finished work and was coming home). She goes “yes yes 25 min it will be ready”. 45 min later my partner goes to the store to pick up the order and gets told we are now making your order. Disappointed! Would not recommend this place if your in a hurry.

Good kebabs! The best one in the area but every time call to order and tell them I will be there in 10 mins, they never make my kebabs and I have to wait. Then again the kebabs are good which makes it up for the wait.
