I learned different methods of meditation, learned what to do while meditating (and sometimes what not to do), and was also guided through several meditation examples to get me started. You can tell a lot of thought and love went into the step-by-step video course, it was very well made and thorough. Thank you!
Solo meditation is something I struggled with, being an overactive mind full of creativity. This style of guided meditation is a great way to bring focus to something that matched my existing thought patterns and ironically it soothes me and helps me focus more on productivity and be grateful of my quieter moments and the emotions that follow, thanks James
