They got us almost 100K more than any mortgage broker in Canberra could get us. They negotiated for us with the bank and chose the best product with the best interest rate for us. Our loan approval was completed in less than a week. That is the fastest turnaround time I have ever heard for a bank. We also appreciated their help and answering all our questions at every stage of our loan as this was the first time for us. They were actively following up with the bank, solicitor for the bank, our solicitor, buyer’s agent, real estate agent, and us for our loan and settlement to make sure things went predictable and on time. We really had peace of mind working with them knowing that they knew this back to front and were very experienced.

The gentleman that was having to deal with us was extremely humble and gracious. He would always take timeout of his busy schedule to answer our calls or emails, regardless of how stupid we thought the question to be. They were always so informative and thoughtful when explaining things to us. We are grateful that we get to interact with such pleasant advisors and that they make this process so easy for us.
