Emporium Melbourne reviews
67One of the best places to shopping in Melbourne downtown. I think if they do not look after it carefully. And add more of food court in each floor would be a great idea.
Always great ambience. Love to walk through this shopping precinct and browse tgrough the shops.
The place has lost its mojo after covid. Sad to see so many shops closedup. Live entertainment available during Christmas season was good.
Decent range of shops but it can feel like a bit of a maze. The layout is simple enough but keeping track of what floor your on sometimes isn't.
Great food court with more upscale kinds of fast food.
Also home to a wonderful lolly shop with excellent service and a nice atmosphere.
Beautiful shopping centre, but amenities are quite limited, there's no public seating outside of the food court on level 4? , very few places to sit and have a quick coffee, and so, so many places closed since covid has taken its toll, the only new tenant is the Genesis luxury auto showroom, which is where the old Nescafe shop was located.
Has most higher end brands such as Camilla and Marc, Tommy, Seed, Country Road, Gorman etc.mostly fashion and no home shops. A lot of it is being worked on so closed at the moment. Mostly pricey shops
8/11/21 it's post lockdown, Emporium has many stores with lights off, doors shut. Lots of vacant tenancies too. A sad sight compared to its grand offerings of profusion and luxury when it opened 7 or so years ago.
Hopefully new businesses will occupy these spaces soon and breathe fresh life into this beautiful retail space. I am sure the rent is exorbitant and out of reach for most brands, but hopefully things pick up in the retail sector in a post covid world, soon.
Remembered that it has lot of international brands - not too sure whether they are still around
Great shopping venue. Upmarket store. Food court with diverse range of menu items. Well set out centre. A pleasure shopping or browsing there.
Plenty to see and browse in here. Would recommend 1+ hours to walk around the shops, eat lunch here and use the nice toilets.
Amazing venue, picked up some click and collect toys for my son today, great service -well organised and easy shopping experience!
This is a great complex. Especially if you have young children. There's a great baby change room with family toilet and ample baby change stations. There's a microwave and bottle warmer also. There are plenty of bins under change stations the room is well-lit everywhere. Within a secure fenced area there is a playspace serviced by three spacious feeding rooms and an interactive screen with lots of games. Great when you just need a break before moving on again.
I love this centre.when it opens up after restrictions are lifted I will definitely be shopping there! It's clean and lovely! Great variety of high end labels!
I forgot my whole purse in the ladies room.
And the staff was very lovely and helpful. I got my purse back. With all my belongings.
This was such a beautiful hidden gem of a place, the atmosphere was beautiful with many great shop options to choose from. The only downside was how hard it was to locate the bathroom, it was honestly like a maze. Great otherwise and worth a visit!
So very very sad to see it so empty of people. No problems getting a coffee or a seat to sit and enjoy it, last time I was here you could not find an empty seat anywhere. Covid has done so much harm to so many shops.
Probably one of the nicest shopping malls within Melbourne cbd, a lot of shops to see and love how it’s connected with Myer and Melbourne central.
The centre was clean and all shops seemed to be COVID compliant, it felt safe
Which is not what l felt at another centre on Saturday.
One of the most exquisite shipping centres I've been to, but feels like deserted as there's no one there like all the time
