33I wouldn't go anywhere near this company is all a scam and the CEO Brendan is a gutless pick, who after many phone calls and emails Brendan finally called me, he told me how grand he's company is and that he's a man's man, the guy is full off bullshit, I agreed to sign the documents and emailed them to he's company in about 2 hours, 2days later Brendan is sending me out threatening emails the the statements in the email of I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT YOU what a joke after crist knows how many times I've tried to contact them. STATING THAT IF I DO NOT GET THE SIGNED DOCUMENTS TO HE'S COMPANY HE TAKING ME TO COURT. The man is all about money and doesn't care who he rips off, he's the sort of bloke who would rob he's own grandmother. BRENDAN THE OWNER OF THIS SCAM IS FULL OFF BULLSHIT DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR ME OR HE'S COMPANY
SCAM, they took 3 times the agreed amount in the contract. After contracting them to try and resolve, the don’t answer or return answer, over a month and I am now looking a going to courts to get the money, they will mislead you and not give the money to you, fell free to message I am more the. Happy to show the proof of these scammers.
I engaged them on their reviews. You get assigned an agent, that has no experience or understanding of the system. Thankfully it was a no win, no fee basis. I ended up explaining my case to the mediator. Very polite young Asian girl representing me.
I had Avanya representing me. Once you sign on they are useless at answering your phone calls and will take days to reply via email. All they will do in the conference is read out a summary and then ask the employer for comp. Not worth the roughly 2 weeks pay they charge. The business model is take every case and hope they get a easy win so they get paid. If you decide to go to the next stage don’t think they will offer advice because they will ignore any emails and phone calls since they won’t get anything once the conference is over.
Hopeless, 2 weeks ago sent in my statement and haven't heard anything back after numerously calling them, they never answer even left a message asking to call me back and nothing.
Do not use!
They ain't lawyer but they charge like one. Also they reserve the right for their no win no fee and if you do not agree with the amount your previous employer is paying you under their advice they will revoke the no win no fee policy to you just because they think it is reasonable, not you!
They charge 4400 for one day of reading documents you provided and most of the time you do not get what's left after their fee.
Takes days to reply to emails, very bad communication from beginning to the end. They do not care about you, they only care about their "reasonable amount".
I lose money by using these people, they have two females on the line only and they will be the one that represents you, not a lawyer or attorney, and when you asked them beforehand they will not tell you!

Employee dismissals are very knowledgeable and work hard to try and achieve a positive outcome for you. This was a very stressful time but I felt they were supportive and professional throughout which eased my mind.
When I was fired, I used employee dismissals to hold my supervisor responsible. At first, I wasn't positive, but they said "no win, no fee, " so I reasoned that I had nothing to lose. In order to avoid having to inform potential employers that I had been fired during interviews, I ultimately had my dismissal revoked. The boss paid all of my expenses, and I also received payment. I'm grateful.
I was directed to submit a witness statement and submissions. I was out of my depth and they offered to do this without extra charge. It would have taken them an entire day to do this and I was really impressed. In the end my case settled so we didn’t go to court but it may not have settled if we hadn’t submitted the witness statement. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.
They offer a free first appointment when some law firms want up to $700! Even their "priority" conferences cost far less than this (I didn’t book one of these, but I noticed they are tax deductible too). In the end, they couldn’t help me because I hadn’t worked for my boss long enough, but I appreciated the free consultation when others wanted to charge me so much just to tell me whether I had a case. I am grateful for their service.

I used employee dismissals because my sister works in the HR department of a company that had a lot of cases against it. She told me they are the largest in Australia in terms of employees. My representative was on first-name terms with the tribunal person, and I was really happy with the outcome. I don’t think they are the cheapest, but I thought the cost was fair, and, as they say, pay peanuts and you get monkeys. If you want to nickel and dime a professional, then don’t be surprised when you get a sub-standard result! So for me, it was worthwhile.
Only gave them 4 stars because my advocate was difficult to contact after the hearing (they need to make more appointments available) but they were perfect in every other way: getting my dismissal withdrawn and stopping my former employer from telling others I had been fired, and got me some compensation too, not as much as I would have liked but it was so helpful and it covered their costs so I was really happy. Thanks guys!

Empathetic and encouraging. Online appointment scheduling is simple. Many people say it's difficult to talk to them, yet I was able to arrange a meeting right away. It is a good idea to have a backup plan in case the original plan fails. After offering some wise counsel, my firing was overturned.very recommended
They did their utmost to help me and offered me ""no win, no charge, "" even though I didn't receive anything from my claim. Even though I didn't receive anything, I would still utilize them once more if I were in a similar circumstance, but maybe I won't have to go through it again.
A very small price to have competent people on my side. I didn’t have anything to lose so I went with it. They prepared my claim and handled everything for me. So thankful firms like these exist to stand up to bosses.
The employer can be sued quickly, and they will handle everything for you. Because I missed the deadline, I was unable to file a claim for unfair dismissal, but they managed to do so with another kind of claim where the deadline is one year! I followed the steps and was pleased with the outcome. As there was no tribunal charge, I was not required to make any up-front payments.
Met my advocate in person at her office at a very reasonable cost. She explained the process clearly, displaying empathy and understanding. I was very nervous leading up to the hearing but I didn’t have to say anything in the end. Got a payout and came out well ahead at the end. Definitely couldn’t have got the outcome I did without them. I really appreciated their help.

Employee Dismissals are the worst they never return calls, never return emails, I had my hearing on the 30th of Jan and had my unfair dismissal overturned my former employee had to issue a statement of attainment as well as pay an awarded amount.
They pushed me into signing the irrevocable authority and agreement for them to act, the female handling it didn't make any real contact until the day before and then didn't want to listen to what I was saying.
Now they issued the notice of discontinuance to fair work making the former employee no longer liable for me to investigate other avenues that i was instructed to issue once the former employee had fulfilled all requirements.
I've NEVER received the awarded amount, nor the statement of attainment but they've finalized it entirely for me now without my permission.
I have already reported them to the ACCC to no avail and have no idea what to do now.o struggled with no income the awarded amount was to help ease that cost burden a little but instead it has put me further behind.
THEY ARE NOT HERE TO HELP THE UNFAIRLY DISMISSED BUT RIP THEM OFF AND MAKE YOUR FIGHT ALL FOR NOTHING IN THE END.
I AM NOW GOING TO GO TO A CURRENT AFFAIR!
