Extensive selection of quality champagne and excellent customer service. The gift packs I ordered were low in stock so there was a delay in delivery while waiting for supply - Emperor Champagne resolved the issue by upgrading to express delivery to ensure the package arrived in time. It arrived beautifully wrapped.

Very disappointed after reading the reviews expecting good service and finally a place I could place regular orders with. I live in France and wanted to share my champagne experience with my friends and family in Australia and was excited about finding a place that has a better variety of champagnes than others in Australia.
I made my first order paying extra for a courier service, only to find out it was sent via standard Australia Post. When I asked why it was not sent via courier ás per my order/payment I was given a response not at all explaining and instead advising me that the package will still arrive in the expected time (within 3 days, arrived after 4). Well this was not the case and is irrelevant as what is the point for paying extra if it will be sent via a normal postal channel.
I asked again why it was not sent by courier, after which point no one ever responded to me again.
It’s not about the money for me, I just want what I paid for and expected, but clearly for Emperor Champagnes it is about the money and they would prefer a dissatisfied customer to get an extra $6.

Everytime I order from Emperor Champagne, I have a pleasant experience. The customer service is outstanding - the staff are so helpful and very accommodating (especially with urgent deliveries). Thank you Bec and team <3

I had a fabulous experience and wonderfully responsive service from Emperor Champagne today! I ordered a bottle to send to a friend but accidentally left my own address as the delivery address - I thought “oh well! ” I ordered another with the correct address and thought nothing more if it. This morning I got a call - the staff member at Emperor Champagne noticed the similar orders and called me to check and ask what I wanted to do! I was offered the option to cancel the order - but what was even better was a discussion about something I might to try instead! No pressure - thoughtful informed conversation! Great service! …. And a new champagne to try!

I am a member of the club and have been for over a year. I love it and the range of champagne is so fantastic. However on a couple of occasions I have gone to purchase a one-off order or tried to update something in my account and have had issues with the checkout/website. I contacted customer service on a couple of occasions but had no resolution to my problems which was very frustrating to the point I had to make my last purchase for a specific champagne elsewhere: (

Delivered a bottle of Ruinart on my birthday which my mum ordered for me. Great, service, packaging and overall very happy - would recommend.

Their service was very good and there staff are particularly helpful. I worked with Kyla and she was very attentive in getting me all the information I needed and went to the effort of finding out from the suppliers what they could do and how this could be shipped to Sydney. I know where to go now if I want good champagne and a lot of it!

This place has truly the best customer service I have experienced. They reactivity and support for last minute changes were amazing. Clearly communicated what they could and couldn't do and associated implications with still making their commitments! If i lived in Melbourne i would be ordering from you the whole time!

I just called to gain an understanding of shipping times and spoke to a lovely, cheery man that was most helpful and also grateful for my purchase. Whilst the gratefulness isn't required, it was the perfect cherry on top, perhaps a part of customer service that is forgotten in this day and age.

The prices are great, and I have no doubt my gifts will be delivered to my friend tomorrow.

Kyla and the team at Emperor are fantastic. Their customer service is exceptional and attention to detail in packaging, presentation and delivery is second to none. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their online store to stock up on your favourite Champagne or to purchase beautiful packaged gifts.

I would highly recommend being a Club member - I am sent 2 bottles of different champagne a month, which allow me to explore the different styles of champagne, with bottles which I would not normally be able to access in Australia. The quality of the champagnes is excellent, and the tasting notes sent with the champagnes helpful from an educational point of view, and with food pairing.
