Terrible staff! No empathy at all towards people pretty ironic. Only interested in supplying medication not actually talking to people!

Very prompt asking for payment, but took 2 months and 3 requests from my GP to receive a report they said would take 2 weeks.
My psychiatrist was a very poor listener over the three appointments I attended. When I asked my GP if the report had anything helpful she scrunched her nose and shook her head.
Find somewhere else is my opinion, and what I'm in the process of doing myself.

This place is a joke! After spending out of pocket so much $$$$$ (more than I could afford) and so much time the psych I was seeing told me to go back to my GP and didn’t do anything for my mental health!

I found that he didn’t even care to help me or understand me. Also please be mindful not to extend time by 5-10 mins as they will charge you $$$ without even letting you know!

Wanted to look into changing medication and also trying to determine whether I have ADHD, as well as delving into other nuerological symptoms. Dr Pawan dismissed my wants, asked "why would you want to be diagnosed" (ad-libbing but it's exactly what he was meaning) and said because I seem to be "managing" how I am, there's no point in changing medications or doing any further appointments. Waste of my time and money and only caused more distress.

Worse service ever you could get. I've been trying to contact them for appointment for more than a week and every time they say that all the receptionists are busy. They dont really care. I wonder if starting of the patient experience is worse what would you have to see or go through later on.

Terrible service. Tried to get help for my mum only to be told that she couldnt see the psychiatrist again as she had already seen her twice? We were willing to pay but was told it was not an option. So glad she has since found a psychiatrist that actually wants to help. Empathy health you just might be the reason u to push someone over the edge! How about showing a little more Empathy and understanding and be more helpful with those suffering with mental health issues.

Was disappointed in this clinic after only one visit and apparently a phone appointment I was told they could not see me untill Dec, I was willing to pay full price for a phone consult and an appointment was made I waited that day for over two hours for the appointment ended up ringing them and was told I didn't have an appointment and couldn't be seen untill Dec, what a joke lucky I wasn't suicidal but I have since found a new psychiatrist and she is fantastic

Maria is the most nicest sweetest lady i have ever met she is great at her job. All of these comments are in accurate. You are confusing her with the other receptionist that works there. Maria has never yelled at swore at or shouted at anyone. She does however cop alot of abuse from patients. But she has never been rude to or gave attitude to any of her patients. She is a professional at her job. And she is the most friendliest receptionist I have ever met in my life.

I have been seeing Indika for a very long time now. And she is brilliant, I love my psychiatrist. It took me a long time to find a psychiatrist I felt comfortable with. I highly recommend her to all.

Empathy health is very lucky to have both of these strong amazing woman working there.

Simply because you miss one appointment they ban you from their practice altogether! I'd had an accident on the way to their service and missed the appointment I had.so they've since banned me.

The best. I love Dr. KUMAR he is amazing and the staff are so lovely. Don’t think twice about going here.
