2I started consulting with Peter when things were really miserable in my life. I have found that Peter's ability to listen, empathise, challenge my beliefs, introduce laughter and his non-judgemental attitude to be exactly what I have needed to change things for the better. I am beginning to understand myself and my reactions to events more completely. This is allowing me to have more confidence and control in the way I interact with others and handle difficult situations. I am feeling more at ease and light hearted. My experience of Peter is that he is an excellent psychotherapist and counsellor. I am more than happy to highly recommend him.
