There is a big range of slices, pies, sandwiches, wraps, salads and amazing hot drinks. Staff are so nice and are always very happy and bright. All hot drinks are amazing there. Best bakery in Victoria.

Overrated pies in my opinion. Steak and mushroom literally had one mushroom quarter in it.

First time visit; such a lovely spacious and clean place to visit & super great value for money. Great place for sitting comfortably!

Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. The pies, pasties and cakes are so fresh and delicious especially the vanilla slice and cream lamington (they're my faves) The meat and vegetable pastie is the best I've had and the coffee is perfect too.

Found this little gem of a bakery on a family trip to Ballarat. Awesome pies and baked treats. Easy to see why they have won so many awards!

Really nice pies an sausage rolls, great slices. Staff are really friendly and the prices are what you would expect these days. I only gave 4 stars as the description of the pies (to my understanding) is not accurate. If you call it a steak and mushroom or steak and pepper pie I expect bits of steak not just mince. The pies were still really good, just not what I expected from the menu.

Great pie and a super hot yummy coffee. Needs some fans on a hot day and a fly zapper wouldn't go astray.

Normal bakery nothing to rave about. Service was good. Drinks (cold) a bit over the top - 1 600ml soft drink bottle plus 1 small milk shake in a Sunday cup $10.50. Didn't order any food this time -

Excellent pies and pastries. Needs more tables. Very sterile and loud. Great place to get food but not to linger and enjoy it.

Very well presented bakery goods. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only minor quibble was one of the cakes we got was overly sugared and tough. The others were lovely, especially the GF lemon and poppyseed cake.

Staff are friendly coffee is fantastic just a very nice place to grab a bite to eat or get that morning coffee before work

Had a custard tart, and apple cake the pastry was disgusting tasted like chemicals. The custard was bland, also tried the sticky date it wasn't very nice either.

The service at Emma's is always friendly and efficient, the decor is clean and inviting, the coffee is very good and the food fresh and tasty and I like that it's out of the main town area. I highly recommend Emma's.

Bought a cake for my sons birthday was raw inside. Have attempted to contact the store but have been ignored on all fronts. Will never step foot in there again.disgusted by the lack of care and customer service.

Everything I’ve tried from here has been delicious. The vanilla slice is the best I’ve ever eaten, definitely generous size for $4.50. Can’t wait to try all the baked goodies. Highly recommend

Basic store lay out, fantastic pink uniforms. The display cabinets look FANTASTIC with all their home-made cakes, pastries and baked goods. Definitely go back there

my expectations.you can tell there has been so much love poured into their creations and into the business.the place is vibrant and i always get such a warm greeting the second i walk through their doors.everything is fresh and well presented and the vanilla slices are to die for! Will be back time and time again, i can’t seem to fault it. YUMMY!
