Surprisingly decent range of tools for a “small town” store - even has some automotive if you’re in a bind.

Paint options lacking, plenty of deck oil.

Great service even at 7 am. And I managed to find everything I needed. They have a good range of tools, hardware, and down the back even Stock and horse feed. Although I hate painting I believe they even have a good range of paint.
The front counter has just been redone and seems much more practical.

Customer service is not in their skill set. I would not advise becoming a member of this co-op as the number of times they have been rude or otherwise unhelpful, I have lost count of.

Morgan was a complete superstar in helping with my Principal kitchen. Her patience was amazing and her design advice spot on. The rest of the team in-store are helpful and really know their stuff. The range they stock is also good and they usually have what I need.

The staff were really great and offered lots of advice - unfortunately on trying to follow that advice they then didn't have in stock what I needed (which to be honest was nothing fancy- just basic) - looks like a trip to bunnings after all!

Great small hardware store with reasonable pricing and really friendly staff. They can save the drive to a bigger store if you live in the area and generally they have everything you need!

My wife just purchased 2 bags of rapid set and neither of the 2 young blokes offered any help at all. She did 2 trips back and forth to her car. Pretty poor service.

The staff are very knowledgeable and always friendly. They’ve got a wide variety of products. I had fantastic service from Carter yesterday; he went far beyond his duties and I’m very grateful.

Often don't have what I need, and when they do it's often more expensive than elsewhere - but the staff are usually great

I go there nearly everyday and I never get a halo or hi when I enter as you might get from other stores. Iv been keeping count. But the ladies are friendly

For about 90% of my hardware needs, they meet the brief. Good staff, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Smaller than Bunnings but the service is of course far better. They also know their product. So I go here first. I can't remember a bad experience in the place. Never a wasted visit.

They have a monopoly in the area and the prices reflect their position. Staff are hit and miss when it comes to service.

Normally amazing however older lady who served me today was extremely abrupt and came across frustrated at my lack of knowledge regarding colour matching and the difference between Hayme (?) and dulux. I'm not an expert painter so in future please try to hide your frustration! Us weekend warriors need advice and support, not judgement. I am an Emerald local, and a member, and normally get the best service from my beloved hardware store.today was different.shame.

Friendly staff, good selection of tools for a small store, picked up some last minute cheap tomato & cucumber seedlings for $2.

Needed screws, needed decking oil, they had a good choice of both. Clean store, friendly staff and good old fashioned country type service. And competitive prices did I mention that

Great staff with lots of know-how. Prices are great and lots of what you need, plenty of range in products. Overall a good hardware store small enough to help you but large enough to have what you need.
