We used EMD to create a website for us. Personally I wouldn't use them again. They didn't seem passionate about it at all. We received a draft website within a day or two that had no connection to our business and it was just rushed with no real care. We still look at our website now and wish we'd spent more time really looking over it once we agreed to sign off as there are so many things wrong with it. Shame.

What was promising enough to agree their price for designing and building a website is the complete opposite. Once you pay they completely ignore you stating they are too busy with existing projects. Eight months later I do not even have a design not that they care as they have not communicated for over three months.

You were provided the requested data and Tracy said it was too much for her and it was then shared with a colleague. I was given one page with some images I provided attached. You say that is a design. No it is not as the text was all in Latin with no site map or layout.

Now you've doxxed my name to have me remove this review. You sir are the most unprofessional manager I've ever met.

Really can't fault the team from EMD at all. Tracy offers the perfect balance of service, friendliness, professionalism and communication which is all backed up with perfect execution in managing and delivering the web build. A ripper business.

I had been struggling to build a website and when I finally asked for help Tracy came to my rescue! I had a feel for what I wanted (although I was probably a bit vague) but Tracy was brilliant at listening, providing examples and suggestions. When Jaimee created my website, she got the look spot on and talked me through how I could change some aspects such as the calendar and pricing in the future. I felt very supported by emd: digital; we had a few discussions over the phone and they were very quick to respond to emails. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
