I highly recommend EmbroidMe! They provide the BEST service and high quality work.they have great prices and are very helpful in understanding what I wanted. The staff are amazing and very kind! EmbroidMe supply us with our company work shirts, quality shirts that look professional and look great. Can highly recommend EmbroidMe, always pleasant to deal with and very happy with the prices too.

Firstly, they didn't answer my enquiry sent via their website. More than a week later I decide to call and make an enquiry. The person on the phone clearly just wanted to get me off the phone and told me to come in-store. So I went to the store to see their range and get some prices to have some polos embroidered. They took my email address and said they would email me sizing and prices. Never received anything. What a waste of my time. Clearly not interested in taking smaller orders. If you don't want to do smaller orders, don't ask me to come to the store. So I went elsewhere, got better service and a cheaper set up price.

Edit - Owner of the business called to apologise for the lack of follow up from staff members and to find out what went wrong so as to avoid this happening again. I appreciate the phone call. Thank you

I have dealt with EmbroidMe for years now.
From since we were a small plumbing company with a couple of guys to 30+ Plumbers on the road, I have always had a great experience with both service and product quality.

I have been getting my uniforms done at EmbroidMe Kilsyth for almost 5 years now and have had nothing but a wonderful experience with them.
Their staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, and the quality of their work is fantastic!

Service was fantastic I gave them a design I had and they replied promptly and with professionalism. Had hoodies, shirts, beanies and stubby holders done for my business and was very with with there service.

I have spent a lot of money at this place however they have proven to be unreliable, never return calls, dishonest and to which I recently found out - over priced and poor quality. I would not recommend EmbroidMe.

I decided to go instead to U Name It Embroidery in Bayswater. Who have shown me excellent quality, pricing, and prompt friendly service. If you support local business go here instead.
