More like embroidery (not on) time! Arrived at 9: 45am on a Monday, business hours say 9am-5pm, a sign on the door said “will be back at 10am”. Waited until 10: 45am, tried calling multiple times and got nothing but an automated response. No one showed up.
Very professional. Komale (the director) is very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us a lot. This company is number one. The best design I've ever seen. Fantastic friendly service. My only regret is not finding Embroidery time years ago! Highly recommended.
