I have been dealing with Lachlan for a couple of years now and he has been as absolute delight. Lachlan has excellent customer service skills and he makes sure he answers all my questions in great detail and nothing is too much trouble. We use our embroidery machine for 3D caps and have had ongoing issues using our cap frame. It was not until we changed to Embroidery Source to service our machine, that this was finally fixed. Jeff, Justin and Owner Paul had spent many hours investigating, testing and servicing our machine. Whilst our machine was in service, we were able to use their showroom machines to fulfil our orders. We mainly dealt with Jeff who was a perfectionist! He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The entire team went above and beyond! Not only were the servicing team brilliant, staff in the store, parts, accounts and reception provided top customer service and tips as well. It was a fantastic customer experience and we will definitely use Embroidery Source (one stop shop) for all our embroidery needs from now on. We've just bought an embroidery machine from Embroidery Source I have to say their after sales service is exceptional. Training is very thorough and if you have a question or issue you can just pick up the phone and speak to directly to a friendly technician, it good old fashion service which unfortunately is very rare these days.
