My experience with Emamaco was not that great. I had purchased a maternity crop top and full length leggings during the boxing day sale but I had sizing issues once it arrived. The quality of the activewear was also not up to my expectations. Also please be very careful while choosing the correct size because if you have to return/exchange any items, it is a self paid service.

Worst customer service! Even worse products!

Do NOT shop here, the sizing are all incorrect and they dont even offer refunds! Only a credit note! Regardless their largest size doesn't fit you at all, even though the measurements say they will.
Worst experience ever. They should close down their business because they don't know how to operate one.

Worst quality, worst customer service & worst refund policy because if you use a discount code you’re not eligible for a refund and only a credit note.
I’m sure any of the 5 star reviews are paid to write them. I can’t imagine anyone actually being happy with maternity leggings in this material. IT IS DISGUSTING!
The sizing charts are all wrong so don’t trust those or this website at all.

Received the wrong size.
Was told I had to return the item out of my own expense.
Was given credit when I specifically asked to be given the correct size.

Pregnancy recovery leggings are amazing, haven't taken them off. 164cm height, the 7/8s are an amazing length. Want to buy more!

These items are amazing, i have brought from them 3 times now.
The fabric & fit is unbelievable.
Maternity bras, shorts & bodysuits are perfect.

Ordered a pair of leggings in December and they are still not here. I emailed customer service and was told the floods have delayed the shipment with Oz post. Iv ordered numerous things in Jan from the same state and received them very fast. Not sure what is happening but not a good start: (

I first purchased Emamaco shapermove leggings in 2020 and after living in them through two years of Melbourne lockdowns as well as using them as initially intended for exercise, they held their shape and fit incredibly well. I only had to upgrade as they finally started to wear where my thighs rub after three years of frequent active use. My latest order was lost by the courier and without me even asking Emamaco sent a replacement order. Excellent product, excellent customer service - I recommend to all my friends. NB my main exercises are walking and weight training, squats, lunges all fine in these leggings and the pockets are deep enough for all phones.

Absolutely horrendous customer service and the product is even worse. They're breaching consumer law big time by always running sales so you can't return items. Not to worry though, they wont be left standing for much longer.

Don't buy. Just don't do it.

I'm actually disgusted. Your founder should be ashamed.

I had similar experience with everyone else - wrong size even followed carefully with the size guide, lame customer services, average product quality. Wast of time, wast of money.

I love Emamaco products for my pregnancy journey. Also the customer service has been excellent too.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Inconsistent sizing - Measured myself, used their sizing chart and they were miles too small, so small that I gifted them to a friend who was 3 sizes smaller than myself when the size I ordered was meant to be two sizes bigger than I am now to fit me to full term. I measured them against a pair of leggings I had from another brand and they were miles too small. They didn't even offer to check the sizing. The constant "sales" happen ALL the time, so don't kid yourself and pay full price cos they'll have a sale the next day, glad I never paid full price

Absolutely love this brand! The leggings are the comfiest I have ever worn, such beautiful quality and feel so luxe and soft. Never been pregnant or had a baby, but still love these leggings! Good for the little muffin top and chonky tummy rolls. Sucks it all in and makes me look snatched! Customer service is also really sweet. Highly recommend this brand

Ordered maternity recovery shorts and leggings after having my baby. Delivery took months and months. I was not happy with them once I received them (and did not really need them anymore as i was so far postpartum by the time they actually did arrive) I emailed to get a refund but it was refused as they were not full price on the website when I purchased them. Every email I sent was just responded to a with a generic reply which sounded like they had not actually bothered to read my email. Very disappointing customer service.

BEWARE.
The most horrible customer service. If you purchase anything with the wrong size, expect to lose your money or pay extra even if they go out of stock of the item you want. They will refuse to refund your money and they will not wait until stock comes back for an exchange!

And I have a similar experience to multiple others so please read the other 1 star reviews before you buy ANYTHING! Sizing is such a common issue amongst clothing stores and they treat it as if it’s a foreign concept.

I bought their nursing sports bra in the size Medium and the size was ridiculously big for me although I’m usually a medium. After multiple emails and follow ups to which they take ages to reply, I tried to exchange for a smaller size and followed their instructions to send back the item and also paid for postage myself.

The size I was after was out of stock and they took it upon themselves to give me a store credit rather than a refund or waiting until the item comes back in stock for an exchange. So now to use their store credit, I would have to pay for postage as if it’s a whole new transaction, rather than them just exchanging the item (thus postage would’ve been paid on their end). So this leaves me $30 out of pocket because I also had pay to return the item.

I asked them to refund my money back to my card since they didn’t have the stock, but they refused to do so and classed it under their “change of mind” policy although it was NOT a change of mind.

I HAVE SENT THE ITEM BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION SO I EXPECT MY MONEY TO BE SENT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD (if you can’t exchange), especially because there was NOTHING wrong with the item I sent back. If they receive the item back, people should receive their money back - SIMPLE AS THAT.

How convenient was it that as soon as they emailed me my store credit, the item was back in stock the following day! So sneaky!

I had to contact PayPal to dispute this matter but PayPal were nice enough to just refund me my money out of goodwill from their end as I had been a loyal customer for many years.
Please always choose to pay with PayPal and dispute ANYTHING that goes wrong so these sellers get reviewed for their actions. If everyone does this, I’m sure everyone will get what they deserve.

Also I have previously purchased their maternity recovery leggings and although they are snug when I wear them, they slowly start to slide down when walking around or exercising, so I constantly need to pull them up. So their products aren’t all that either and definitely not worth the price.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

They refuse to issue a refund as their store policy states no refunds for sale items. Hence the reason why their products are always on sale!
They think they can get away with it - but know your rights ladies! Please see ACCC website - Businesses can’t take away a consumer's right to a refund or replacement for faulty products or services. It’s illegal for businesses to rely on store policies or terms and conditions which deny these rights. For example, policies which say ‘no refunds’ or ‘no refunds or exchanges on sale items’.

Their maternity tights are see through, not squat proof, do not stay up, hard to put on - even though purchasing the correct size, cheap quality lycra - they are not super soft or second skin like.

Please do not waste your time & money with this company - their customer service is just copy & paste replies if you're lucky to even receive a reply! For an Australian company they should be ashamed of themselves!

Love love this maternity leggings. I’m currently 16wks, bump starting to show so i was looking for a leggings that i can possibly wear as I continue my pilates throughout my pregnancy. I read so many good reviews so I thought of giving it a go. And man it did not disappoint. I’m petite, 5ft and 48kg so I got the xxs. It fits like a seconds skin. It expands and adjusts as your bump gets bigger so u can use it throughour your pregnancy so it is very economical. It goes up to just below my chest so it supports your whole bump. And oh did i mention it feels so buttery soft, no scratching or chaffing on the skin. Even as I sweat it feels so breathable. Can’t recommend it enough. In addition, you can also wear it post pregnancy to help with your recovery.

Emamaco is now my absolute favourite brand for activewear! The leggings are amazing and I will now only buy them from here. They're incredibly comfortable, the high waistband offers so much support, pet hair doesn't stick to them and they're very affordable too.

Sizings are way off. I’m usually a size small at Lorna Jane. Recently pregnant and still fit into medium Lorna Jane and small maternity leggings. But Can’t fit into emamaco size mediums maternity leggings or large normal leggings. Had to pay postage every time for a new size - tried 3 pairs. Emailed about how the size guide is incorrect costing my $60 in postage and received no response or help on the matter.
Super uncomfortable fit - maybe if you’re smaller than a size 10/13 you’d fit into them.

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a pair of leggings which didn’t fit properly and so returned them promptly requesting an exchange. However it’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for my new leggings to arrive. Not only that but they also haven’t responded to any of my emails and I’ve received no communication from them at all.
They are quick to lay down policies in their favour- no refunds and returns within 10 days, but don’t have the decency to do the same for their customers.
