Had the MOST relaxing massage today with Miekah. She was fantastic, it was the best massage I have ever had. She was kind and I can not wait to return!

I experienced a facial/ massage package july 23.
At best I would describe it as a budget experience, with a luxury price tag.
The massage was like a light rub with oil and the facial felt rushed and almost rough. The treatment room was sterile with no ambience and constant trafic and construction noise. I was also disturbed intrusive chatter and bursts of loud music from a adjacent office.
This was neither a relaxing, tranquil or even avaguely enjoyable experience.

Respectful written feedback was given and ignored.

I have had a couple of brilliant of brilliant sessions with Brooke and plan to have more in the future. She is professional and knowledgeable and left me feeling refreshed and relaxed and I have no qualms recommending her.

Had a brow wax and tint today by Bailey on her training day and Brooke supervising. Brooke was really lovely and inviting, and Bailey will be a great therapist as she was listening to everything Brooke said and my brows turned out just as I like them. Thanks ladies.

Recently had my eye brows waxed, tinted and laminated and a hydrating facial with Brooke who was very knowledgeable and professional! Brooke made my experience comfortable and relaxing. I left with glowing skin that had also reduced my acne spots I had across my chin and cheeks. I would definitely go back to Brooke again and would highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting a facial or to get their brows done. Brooke at Elysium Day Spa is where you need to be!

I was given a voucher for the recharge massage. Description on the Web site says this is a complete facial treatment, incorporating deep cleansing, exfoliation, mask, and massage of the back, neck, face, décolletage, hands and feet. I was really looking forward to it. However, the male therapist gave me a 45 minute massage that I wasn't expecting, and that made me feel quite uncomfortable! This was followed by a 15 minute, what I would call a MINI facial, and because my hair was not placed back out of the way by a headband or clips, it kept getting mixed up with the creams that were rubbed into my face. Very unprofessional! I left the place feeling ripped off, and looking like something out of Star Trek as my forehead was deeply marked by the table during the massage! I felt bad for my son who paid for this!

Had a lovely 90 minute relaxation massage with Montana. Felt comfortable throughout and refreshed afterwards. Well worth every minute. I will be back.

Made an appointment. Went to the address on voucher. Was the wrong address. Had already paid for parking. Final found the new premises. The male owner at the front desk did not even care. I ended up out of pocket for the lack of communication from him. The positive was the young girl who did the pedicure was nice. If you have are having a facial, good luck with the stairs. They are so steep, there dangerous. Won’t be going back

Absolutely beautiful loved the whole experience fantastic way to start my sisters birthday weekend.

Definitely not how it used to be when it was in Doveton Street. I would not class this establishment as a day spa anymore. The whole place was unprofessional. The music didn't get turned on til half an hour into my massage then after a few minutes it went static and was blaring loud popping noises for so long that the massage lady left the room to go tell someone. Then she came back where it continued for a few more minutes until going silent for the rest of the massage. The face washers etc are kept hot in an actual kitchen slow cooker. The reception lady is doing everything on her phone not a computer. The massage had no pressure. The oil wasn't wiped off after massage. Disappointed I didn't actually just ask to leave.

Minimal verbal contact, never asked which treatment I was having, hot stones kept in basic kitchen slow cooker in the floor. Never asked if I was comfortable or needed anything. Felt very ill afterwards. Upset with myself that I didn’t walk out earlier.

Staff are lovely and it's a very relaxed and private salon, rooms are far apart its very quiet and cosy. I had a service booked with a girl who was off sick so Elysium messaged me to ask if I was ok to have a male do the treatment or if I wanted to reschedule. I was happy to go ahead but really appreciated being asked what I would prefer. Nathan did a wonderful job and I felt very relaxed throughout the treatment. Will be back for sure

Absolutely Disgraceful will not recommend this place.
Customer service from Nathan was disgusting.
Be careful dealing with Nathan.
He says and tells you thing over the phone, then turn up and not give u want u want.

I had the Aqua treatment with Maddie. This was without doubt one of the best spa treatments I have had (and I have had a lot, all over the world, USA, UK, Europe and Asia).
Maddie was firm but gentle and the srub, mud wrap, sauna, facial and massage was pure blind. Lots of clean fluffy towels, plenty of water to hydrate and a gentle guiding hand. I have no hesitation recommending Maddie.

I visited for a massage and facial for my birthday. It was a great experience and special treat for myself on my birthday. Very relaxing:)

Such a great experience, loved it, my friend and I had the spa massage treatment, the girls were so professional and lovely to us even when we overflowed the spa haha we were allowed to take a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday, such a relaxing end of a hectic day

Have been here multiple times now for a massage. Staff are quite friendly, and the place has a really relaxing reception area. Decent of choices for spa therapies. And great location. Prices are some of the cheapest going around.

The only negative is the parking, especially with the parking meters out front. If your appointment goes for over 2 hours, I suggest parking in the multi storey car parking across the road.
